Staring at her reflection,
Asking so many questions.
Throwing stones,
And breaking her reflection.
The ripples flow outward,
From the puncture point of the wound.
As she is hypnotized by the darkness,
A voice in her head pounds,
You are beautiful,
Society has done this to you.
You don't need to be like all the others,
You only need to be you
That sparkle in your eye
Those freckles on your cheek
They are part of you
You should not have to change
