Next day when I woke up and got ready. When I looked at myself in the mirror I found brown haired girl with deep blue eyes and pale skin looking back at me. I git my eyes from my mom and my hair color from my father which I know by looking at their photos.
When I got downstairs I saw my grandma Milli and my grandpa Damon sitting at the dinning table with Berry the daughter of our head butler Robert and head maid Suzanne . They are like a family to us. When I reached the table I greeted them and kissed my grandparents cheek. I sat down beside Berry and ruffled her soft black hair and then I started having breakfast.
The my grandpa asked me
"What are your plans foe today Rachel?"
"Grandpa I am going to the Wave Walk where I am going to check if the clothing they have got is according to their order or not?"
"But your assistant can do your that work." Grandma said.
"I know Granny but Wave Walk is very famous all over the world. They had our clothing brand in all their malls . If I will go their it wilk strengthen our relations as the CEO of the Mall is also going to be there . I have never seen him but If he will come to know about it ,it will be a good impression. And I can't trust anyone else other than myself and Diana(assistant). Diana's mother is sick so she is taking care of her mother.And I will also enjoy in the mall."
"Okay but don't forget today we also have dinner with Wave Walk CEO and this will be your first time meeting him. Maybe you will encounter him in the mall as that is where from where he operates his work." Grandpa reminded me.
"Okay. But there is less chance of me encountering him as I have always talked to him on phone so even if I meet him there is a slight chance of me meeting him and I have also never seen his face."
"But Rachii Edwin Brother is so famous I have seen him on t.v . How come you have never seem his face." Ten year old Berry told me.
I was embarrassed and my grandparents were looking at me shocked . I got nervous and said
"I ....iii..... forgot. "
Then I quickly got up and ran away from there protecting myself from more embarassment.
My drive Taylor was waiting for me . He opened the car for me and I greeted him and he drove me to the mall. Taylor is a 40 year old man. He was of me father age and used to work for my father. My grandpa pays for his daughter's college and his son is the personal secretory of me father. Even though his son works and can take care of him but Taylor insists on doing his job as he likes it. I also like him for his loyality and he tells me about my parents memories.
When I reached the mall I directly met with Edwin's assistant who took me to my brand clothing shop where I checkd all the designs. Except from his assistant nobody knew me so they didn't pay any attention to me. And I like it that way. I also showcased my new designs over there. By 1:00 p.m I was finished with my work and hungry. I bid them goidbye and started roaming in the mall looking for a foodcourt.
I had me delicious foid over there . After that I went to washroon to freshen up . When I entered the washroom it was empty but I heard a child's crying. I looked in to the washroom and saw a kid not more than 3 years of age crying. It was starnge that no one heard the kid's voice and even the washroom cleaner was not there.
I went near the kid who was sitting in the corner of the washroon with his arms hugging his legs and face between then.
I stooped down to the blonde haired boy and ran my hand through his hair and said
"Baby why are you crying and where is your mom?"
The boy stopped crying and became startled and looked at me with his green teary eyes. He shifted more to the corner.
"No need to be afraid of me. I will take you to your mommy." I softly said to the kid.
"B..b...ut mmmoommy i..z.. dead."
When I heard that thing my heart broke my heart broke. I hugged that kid close to my chest.
