It all started that one night when my parents sent me off to the boys and girls sleepover summer camp.

My friend Jenny slept over so we can get on the bus together on the way to the camp, Laura? Are you awake? Jenny whispers to me, I sit up and look at the clock it is 12:03 am, oh my goodness Jenny its twelve at night what do you need? Do you think we will find any cute boys there? As Jenny giggles softly I scrunch my nose and giggle with her as I shove her right shoulder, ok, I say, let’s have a competition, whatever do you mean, Jenny says elegantly in a funny British accent, how about we need to find the cutest boy we can find, but we can’t have the same boy, and see who can woo them over first and create a “relationship” and break their hearts before summer ends. Jenny looks up at me with a devious look… Challenge accepted Jenny says as she peels her eyes.

Chapter 2: Getting on the bus

Wake up girls, as I open my eyes my mom is shaking Jenny and I. Girls, wake up you need to eat breakfast before you go. Jenny and I turn to each other and squeal. Jenny turns to my mom, Misses Turner what might we be having for thy breakfast this morning, well Miss Breaks, how does eggs and bacon sound to the, quite delightful. I look at both of them funny. Jenny got up and brushed off her shoulders, even though there was nothing on there, alright then if you are going to be down about our accents you need to get down, Jenny winks at my mom and they go to grab me, Jenny grabs my legs as my mom grabs my arms and they walk me down the stairs. Ok girls here is breakfast as Jenny and mom set me down, so girls, my mom says, while you are there be safe ok, ok as Jenny and I say at the same time. Once jenny and I finish our food we head upstairs to get changed, thanks for the breakfast mom, I yell.
