.

I heard foot steps coming from the stairs.

"Caitlyn?" I heard a familiar voice say from above the stair case. I looked up and saw my mom standing there with a hand over her mouth.

"Hi, mom." I said quietly. The next thing I knew I was being hugged. That was the fastest I have ever seen her run down those stairs. My mom pulled away and cupped my face in her hands. By now she had tears running down her face.

"I wasn't being serious when I told you to leave, sweetie." She explained with a cracked voice. My eyes began to swell up with tears.

"I'm sorry." I whispered biting my lip. She just pulled me into another hug. When the long hug was finally over we both wiped off our tears and sat on the living room couch.

"Tell me everything." Mom took my hand. I started to explain to her about leaving to see Louis at the Cafe and staying at they're house. She just nodded and rubbed my hand.

.

"I have to go soon, the boys will be waiting." I smiled at her. Soon after I realized my phone was buzzing. I picked it up and saw I had a txt from Niall.

Niall- The boys and I are heading out for an interview. The back door will be unlocked, get home safe

I read the txt and scrunched down my eyebrows in confusion but then remembered they were a boy band and did this kind of stuff all the time. I slipped my phone back into my pocket and waved bye to my mom.

"Come back again anytime you want!" Mom hollered at me through the half closed door. I looked around for some sort of transportation. There was a car but I don't have a license yet. I could catch a cab but I don't have any money. I sighed and looked down the street. My heart felt like it was about to fall out of my butt when I saw the park that Louis and I hangout at before he left. I hesitated before taking a step forward towards the park. I reached the park slide and slid my hand down the smooth surface. I took in a deep breath then climbed the ladder and sat down with my legs dangling from the top of the slide. I glance around and saw a small patch of short grass in the meadow next to the park. It was the perfect spot for the perfect view of the sunset. I placed my hands behind me and pushed myself down the slide. My feet caught me as I hit the spot of dirt at the bottom. I got up and walked towards the meadow. My hair flew in the wind as I placed one foot in front of another, pulling myself forward. When I reached the small patch of short grass I sat myself down and pull my knees up to my chest then wrapped my hands around my legs. I watched the sun slowly fall under the earth. I sighed when it finally disappeared then let my legs lay out in front of me. It was dark now and I fell back to let my head rest on the soft grass. I pulled out my phone and looked at the time. 10:30 I read and then texted Louis.

Caitlyn- Im going to be home late.

I was about to hit send but saw something through the corner of my eye. I quickly sat myself up and looked around. I saw someone sitting on one of the swings. I crouched down a little then squinted my eyes trying to figure out who it was. It was no use, I couldn't see anything because it was so dark. Great, this was perfect. I have a stranger sitting 15 feet in front of me and it's pitch black. I pulled myself to my feet and slowly began to tip toe to the side walk, being as quiet as I could while the grass crunched under my feet. I stopped a couple times listening to him mumble to himself saying things like why did this happen, I loved her, and cursing. I froze as the stranger look over at me.

"Hello?" He spoke into the darkness. My eyes widened. I think he noticed me.

"I was just leaving!" I shouted back as I continued to walk but this time faster.
