As a quick warning i just wanted to say this is the account of my life and my secrets. I will not reveal anyone else's living or deceased out of courtesy so I pray you understand and don't ask. Also some names have been changed in order to maintain respect and to keep their privacy. I want to make it clear there is a high TRIGGER WARNING with this story and anyone who is suffering with self harm should not read this and if you chose to I will put a clear warning before a part arises that may be hard to read for you. Lastly, I'm not writing this to gain pity or help. I'm simply posting this because there are some people that may benefit from this and learn more about what self harm really is and there are a couple of people in my life that need to know what I've been hiding.
