TAYLORS POV

I'm holding Ashley in my arms while she sleeps using my chest as a pillow and the warmth as her blanket. I hear someone come downstairs I look to see who it is. "Sooo why do you have a girl in your arms or am I getting crazier and seeing things"Matt said sitting on the couch. "This is Ashley""Averys Ashley""Yes Averys Ashley""Why is she in your arms?"

"Because she was yelling at me telling me why the hell would I adopted her and she still is going to have to go through a lot. From the hate and if I get a girlfriend she might act different to Avery. Then I tried to tell her that I will try so hard to protect my baby girl and she told me that she try soooo hard and look what happened. Then she said it was all her fault and started crying after about five minutes she was at our door crying saying she needed me. She came in sat on the couch I pulled her on to my lap and she cried into my chest. She fall asleep I sat here for about 30 minutes then you came downstairs. And here I am talking to you about what happened. Also I'm pretty sure you can't get crazier than you already are sooooooo"I smile and laugh.

"Well I think I can and remember till this day don't know what a girlfriend is I hear about I see about them. But I still don't know what one is"he says laughing. "Whatever"he says going up stairs I set there with her on my lap. I zone out and didn't realize that Cameron and Nash came and sat on a couch. "Taylor""Taylor""Taylor why the fuck do you have a girl on your lap sleeping"Cameron said.

ASHLEYS POV

I wake up to "Taylor why the fuck do you have a girl on your lap sleeping"a guy said. Wait I know that voice "She looks likes like she has been crying Taylor what the fuck happened"another guy said I know that voice too.

I pretended to still be asleep I hear "When the hell did you guys get here"Taylor said. "We have been here for about 10 minutes trying to find out why you have a fucking girl on your lap sleeping she looks like she's been crying"Cameron said.

"Oh this is Ashley""Averys Ashley"they both said. "Yes Averys Ashley""Oh soooo why is she on your lap sleeping and why does she look like she's been crying?"Cameron asked. "It's a lot to explain right now can you just turn on the tv"Taylor said I started to wiggle, yawn, and move.

"Hey Ashley"they all say at the same time but Taylor looked into my eyes "Hi Taylor"I said smiling. "So no hi Nash and Cameron I see how it is"Nash said looking away in disappointment. "Hi Nash""Hi Cameron"I said smiling I'm no nerdy girl that doesn't go on or know about social media.

I know about them so does Avery she just may have forgotten I remember watching them with Avery. I quickly remember the day her parents died. I started crying I never forget about it but there are those times when the memory slips away for a minute or two. Then it comes back and hits you hard.

I get hit with "What's wrong""Ashley what's wrong""Tell us what's wrong"they say over and over. "Averys parents""Yes we are now Averys parents what's wrong with that"Taylor says.

Cameron slapped him upside the head "No jackass she's crying because of what happened to Averys parents"Cameron says looking at me. "Oh that makes a lot more sense then what I said"Taylor said rubbing my back. "It's okay they are both in a better place now looking down on us"Taylor said making me feel a little better.

"Ashley it's okay""Shawn can you please come down here"Nash says. "Coming what do yo- why is there a girl down here crying""Can you please go get your guitar"he says running up stairs. He came back down with his guitar in his hand and sat on the couch "What do you want me to sing"he asked. "Human.....please"I said in between sobs "Here we go"

"I'm glad she got adopted by you guys""Why"they looked at each other in confusion and then looked at me with the same look. "Would you rather me be glad or mad""Glad""Okay then"I said smiling.

"But you guys are caring, nice, and I think able to raise a child without him/her dieing because the house burnt down"I said giggling. "We let Shawn cook"they say looking at him "Hey where is a bathroom"I said smiling. "Around the corner on the left""Thanks"I said getting up to go there. I wash my face and to make so it didn't look like I cried.

I walk back into the living room to see some one new Matt. "Hi""Hey I'm Matthew but you can call me Matt""I'm Ashley"I said smiling. I sat back on Taylors lap "Where is Avery""Up stairs in her room sleeping""I'm going to go up there"I said getting up and walking up stairs.
