Chapter 5

I wake up feeling like shit as always,not wanting to go to school barely awake I drag my tired body out of bed and get ready for school.

15 minutes later I was wide awake and ready to go, I ran down stairs in the kitchen stood my mother cooking "Morning mom" I said

"Morning sweetie, why you in a such a rush today?"

"Today there selling tickets for the dance, if I don't get to school in time, their gonna run out"I replied with my mouth full of bread

I grab a bottle of juice and ran out the door and there waiting for me was the bright red car belonging to Frances and in it were chelcey and Elizabeth.

"What are you a waiting For? Get in" yelled Elizabeth

"Right"I said

I walk to the car as I get closer to the car I could see my reflection on the car all red and disformed.

I get in the back seat next to chelcey and the car starts I could feel the wind in my face through the open window in front I turned around and said to chelcey"what happened your pretty quiet today"

She turned around and let out a groan
And replied "yea I guess, i mean it's about the dance"

"What about the dance?" I replied

"I ask James to the dance yesterday he said yes but.."said chelcey

"Isn't it a good thing that he said yes?" I said confused

"Well yea but is it just out of pity or does he like me? I mean I like him for sure" she replied

I looked at her and luagh, she's always worried about little things I guess they get to her "I'm sure he likes you, maybe he just doesn't know how to tell you"I said

"You really think so?"said chelcey cocking her head

"Yes I'm POSITIVE"I replied

"I told her that yesterday on the phone, but noooooo don't believe me" said Frances

"Yea everything's going to be fine I mean we all got dates right?" Ask Elizabeth

And out of nowhere all eyes were turned on me, I smiled and looks round at my friends and said "yea I mean sure"

"You don't have do you" said Elizabeth

"Well Frances doesn't have one so.......im not the only one right?" I said

"I do have one I'm going with Damien"replied Frances

Damien was Frances best friend they have know each other longer then we have their mom's are really good friends after all their neighbors.

"DAMIEN the Damien are you talking about Damien  Moore's" I said shocked

"Yes I'm talking about the DAMIEN THE DAMIEN MOORE'S" she replied sarcastically

"My god never thought you guys would be a thing"I said rolling my eyes

"Well were not a thing were just friends, best friends" said Frances

Time pass by and we arrived at school as usual looking high ass fuck because, of Frances driving we stumble our way inside ready to start the day.
