J-94-517 [Jiu Side Story]

"You little piece of shit! How dare you to eat my lunch!"

"B-but I'm hungry, a-and I c-can't stand any longer, t-that's why I eat your lunch."

"Liar! Didn't I told you not to touch anything on the dining table!? You only can eat when you finished working! Come here, Jiu! I'm gonna teach your ungrateful ass some manners!!"

"N-no! Mama! No!!"

Jiu tries to release her mother's grab. But, mrs. Kim's grab is too strong for Jiu to release, she drags Jiu to the backyard of their house. As soon as they arrived at the backyard, mrs. Kim grabs a horse whip, preparing herself to give Jiu the punishment that she thinks Jiu deserves.

"Sit in squat, face that tree, and open your shirt, now!"

Jiu sits in squat as she open up her shirt as her mother told her to do. Jiu close her eyes, waiting for the horse whip to give another wounds to her back.

The horse whip hits Jiu's back. Mrs. Kim whipped her daughter's back several times with the horse whip mercilessly, adding another scars to Jiu's back.

Jiu hold back her scream, because if she screams, her mother will whip her even harder. Feeling satisfied after she harms her daughter, Mrs. Kim stopped whipping Jiu's back and then she puts back the horse whip at the house.

Mrs. Kim comes back with a bucket of cold water in her hand. Seconds later, she pours the cold water on Jiu's whole body, then she hits Jiu's head with the bucket pretty hard.

"This what you get if you try to steal my lunch!" Mrs. Kim shouts as she scolds Jiu. "You ungrateful little bitch!"

Mrs. Kim throw the bucket onto Jiu's head, leaving the little girl alone in the backyard. Seconds after her mother disappear from her eyesight, Jiu sits down and crying while she feels the pain on her back.

Jiu can feels the bloods dripping from her wounds. Jiu whines out in silence. In her eyes, her mother isn't a human being, she's a monster combined with demon that hides perfectly in a human skin. Jiu loves her mother, but it was in the past when her father still together with them.

Jiu still remember how harsh her younger days is. Jiu who should have a good memories about her childhood, doesn't have any thanks to her abusive mother who always tortured her every time she didn't do anything that matches her mother's expectation.

Her sisters knows her as a good person who always smiling, taking care of them, protecting them. The others always looked up to her as their mother figure, even Siyeon respects her. Jiu always smiling because she doesn't want her sister to found out her bitter past that she thinks she shouldn't have to remember ever again, because if she tells them about it, they will feeling guilty and even crying, especially Gahyeon who can't stand hearing sad stories.

Jiu always trying her best to protect her precious sisters, even if it means she have to die protecting them.

Jiu sips her tea, then put back the cup on the table. Jiu stands up from her seat, walking to the kitchen to wash the dishes. When Jiu washing the dishes, she finds a knife that she used when she cuts the meat while preparing the meat soup.

Jiu take the knife, and she sees her own reflection on it. Jiu puts the knife's end on top of skin. Seconds later, Jiu stabs herself, cutting out her own hand.

The blood spilled out from her hand, and flowing down to the sink's hole. Jiu pulls out the knife, the blood stopped flowing and her wound that was caused by the knife stab immediately closes up on its own, and the wound disappears like nothing happened. Jiu remains silent as she looks down to the sink.
