Completely out of breath she stood against the door, trying to be silent as possible. But she knew that she was already trapped. As if on cue, she heard his steps approaching the room she was hiding. She quickly stepped away from the door and looked for another, better place to hide but made a frustrated sound as she realised that she had chosen the most impractical room to hide. It was the storeroom full of boxes against the walls.

The door opened, and she took a deep breath, turned towards him and held her hands above her head as if she was being arrested.

He was also a little out of breath from what she was able to see, the store room didn't have ideal lighting, the light was only dimmed.

"Don't you dare, it's the last one", he said and slowly walked inside the room. High on adrenaline, she backed off but started to smile.

She was kind of really enjoying this.

Before he was about to be within the range of grabbing her, she quickly put the last piece of chocolate in her mouth and grinned at him in victory.

He stared at her in disbelief but then his expression changed. "You'll regret that"...

He started walking towards her and she was silently trying to find a way to escape. She was sure that it won't work but she had to try. Who knows what he would do if he caught her.

So, she acted: She looked straight to the door of the storeroom and raised her brows. "Kabir!", she exclaimed loudly, and she almost didn't believe it when Zain turned around to look in direction of the door in surprise.

In her mind she did a little victory dance and duck herself and ran outside of the room as fast as she could.

It took Zain a few seconds to understand that she had played him. 'This crazy girl is going to regret this', he thought and ran after her. And of course, he was faster than her, but again she outsmarted him.

While running she saw a flower pot on the way and deliberately ran towards it. As he was about to catch her, she acted as if she was stumbling over the pot. Her body hit the ground, but she was able to catch herself so that she wasn't hurt.

"Adi!", she heard him calling out, his voice clearly laced with worry, and even though she felt slightly guilty, she kept on acting. She hissed as if she was in pain and held her ankle. He bent down to inspect what happened, and she was surprised to see the extent of his concern. There was no sign of his vengeance left.

His brows were furrowed, and he placed his hand in her neck, making her look up at him. She gulped slightly. She then gestured him that her ankle is hurting, and before she was able to say anything, he had her picked up and walked to his dressing room in quick strides. Her arms were slung around his neck automatically, and she buried her face in his shoulder trying to hide her play.

He placed her down gently on his bed and quickly walked to get his bag and was rummaging around in it and took something out of it. Meanwhile, she was watching him with an amused look on her face, but immediately changed her expression into a pained one when he came back to her.
