In the fall of 2005, the Lord Jesus came into my life, and not only saved my soul, but He gave me a passion to tell others about Him and how they can have the peace that I have. Over the years, I have noticed that just about every person I have talked to has claimed to be a Christian. After years of studying the Bible, I realized that many people are misled into thinking they are going to Heaven but really aren't. The poles show that around 85% of Americans profess to be Christians, but their lifestyles are completely opposite from how the Bible says that Christians should live.2 Corinthians 13:5 says, “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates (not really saved)?” There are many portions of the Bible that give professing Christians ways to know if they are truly a Christian. Jesus said in Matthew 7:21, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will (what God wants) of my Father which is in heaven.” I can't imagine how horrible it is when people, who thought they were Christians, leave this world and find out that they were wrong. This e-book will hopefully stop that vicious cycle.
