I awoke to the sound of my twin brothers arguing about who gets the last bowl of Frosted Flakes (their favourite cereal). I looked at my phone and the time read 6 o'clock am. I yawned, stretched and dragged myself out of bed. I sluggishly walked to the bathroom and relieved myself. I also washed my hands and face. Then skipped out to the kitchen, where my brother Zack had my other brother Luke in a headlock. While they were fighting I grabbed the last bowl of Frosted Flakes, poured milk into the bowl and sat down to eat. I was almost done the cereal when they finally noticed it was missing. They both looked at me and said in unison "Hey! I was going to eat that!"
I replied smugly with a grin on my face: "Now you can both stop wasting time fighting about who gets the last bowl of Frosted Flakes, and start to get ready for school. By the way, you're welcome."I strolled to my room and shut the door. I could still hear my brothers complaining through the paper thin walls. I grabbed the clothes I set out the night before, and carried my clothes and shower items to the bathroom. I started the water, got undressed and by then it was warm. I jumped in the shower and felt the warm water run over my body, causing sensations I've felt by thinking of cute boy band members.
I finished washing my hair and body. I stepped out of the tub, dried off and got dressed. I ran a brush through my long hair and decided to leave it down, for once.
I opened the door, and was surprised that I couldn't hear my brothers bickering over which of them is driving today. I grabbed my backpack and swung it over my shoulder. I checked the time on my phone and it said 6:45am, but the boys were gone. Weird.
I sighed and walked out the front door. I sat on the front steps wondering how I was going to get to school on time. I looked around, enjoying the cool air on my face, when I saw a figure from the corner of my eye. It was Jonathan Stewart, my neighbour. He was staring at me...
