Sun and Moon

Chapter 2

     It was lunch time and Tsukino was heading up to the roof. She usually has lunch up there to avoid people. While she was making her way up the stairs to the roof, somebody put their arm around her shoulder and dragged her up faster to the roof.  She couldn't see exactly who it was because when they got up the person was putting their hands on her eyes. The person's hands dropped and right in front of her was Hoseok. Huh?

" Hey Tsukino!!!" He said cheerfully.

"Uh hello again." Tsukino said a little confused.

" I saw you coming up here, so I was wondering if I could eat with you! Can I?" Hoseok asked.

" Sure, I don't usually have people who want to eat with me." She said.

" Well now you do. Hey Tsukino, I was actually wondering would you like to be my friend?" He asked nervously.

"M-me? Friend.. You want me to be your friend?" she asked on the verge of crying.

" Yeah, of course! Can we be friends?" He asked sightly worried.

Tsukino couldn't hold it in any longer she started to cry, nobody ever wanted to be her friend and she most certainly never knew how it felt like. She couldn't help it, the tears just came out on their own. One thing was for sure, they were tears of happiness.

" Are you okay?! I didn't mean to make you cry!" Hoseok said panicking.

" Yes, I'm o-ok, it's just that I have never had a friend before and so I and just a bit too happy," She said while smiling, " I would love to be your friend Haruki!"

" WAIT REALLY?!" Hoseok asked.

" Yes!" She said again smiling even bigger.

Hoseok was so happy he lifted her while hugging her. She started laughing while holding on to him. He was so happy he couldn't keep it in.

" Uh Hoseok? Hello Hoseok? Could you please put me down?" Tsukino said.

"Huh? O-Oh sorry, I was just happy that you allowed me to eat with you!" Hoseok said embarrassed.

As you can see Hoseok had imagined everything. He was obviously disappointed that it was fake, but he knew that it would be quite hard to get close to her anyway. He sat down with her and they ate in silence. Tsukino was hating every bit of it. All she wanted to do was eat alone in peace. She quickly finished her food and then got up to leave. She said bye to Haruki and left. She just wanted to go home and play her game.

She was a online gamer and was the best at it. She in the gaming world is the Queen because no one has ever beat her. Everyone in the gaming world knows her username. The only person who actually KNOWS her is her best friend, who she has never seen. Her best friend is the King in the gaming world. They battled against each other and tied, which is how they became best friends. They have never actually met, but they plan to meet up soon and have a battle. Together they are the most powerful people in the gaming world. He is the same age as her and to be honest she has a slight crush on him. They text all the time and she loves his personality.

Today she didn't feel like going to class, so right when lunch was over she ditched and walked home. She lived alone, her mother and father are divorced and she hated both of them since they were both alcoholics so she chose not to live with either one of them. She left home and got a job so that she could afford a small apartment. It has been 2 years since she left home and she is perfectly happy living alone. Her grandma had died and had saved up a lot of money for her. Which is how she got furniture, extra food, a computer and many other stuff.

She reached home and checked her phone. She had a message from her best friend.

Bestie: What's up

Tsukino: Nothing much, I ditched school because I didn't feel like staying at school till the end

Bestie: Really? HA I ditched as well, hey do you want to meet up today since we both ditched already?

Tsukino: Really??

Bestie: Yeah, come on PLEASE, I SWEAR I AM SO BORED

Tsukino: FINEEE, Let's meet up at XXX cafe

Bestie: YAYYYY OK I WILL SEE YOU THERE IN 15 mins

Tsukino: k, see you there

Bestie: BYEEEEEEEE

Tsukino: bye

Tsukino was so excited to meet her bestie, she quickly got dressed in something nice and left the house. Even though Tsukino is not a fan of interacting with people, her bestie was someone who was an exception.

She reached cafe and sat down, she quickly texted him to see where he was, the only person who was in the cafe with her was this other guy. She received a text back from her bestie saying that he was already seated. So she immediately texted back that she sees him and walked over to his table. When she went up to him to say hi, she saw someone who she didn't expect to see.
