A/N: I am making this entire book Rod's point of view.

Two months passed with me seeing Christmas Eve everyday. I couldn't stop thinking about him. Why couldn't I just move on and find a new roomate?

Because there was only Nicky. He was the only one I cared about.

As I walked around the small apartment, all I could see were flashbacks. I picked up a different book, one that Nicky had bought me. "Thief By Moonlight" was the title. Suddenly I was back there. All I could hear was his giggle.

I put down the book, and reached for my worn out copy of Broadway Musicals of the 1940s.

I sighed. Nothing was working. I put the book down, grabbing my sweater, scarf, iPod and headphones. I was going to take a walk. Because I couldn't stand being in the apartment without him.

I put my music on, blaring it as loud as I could with my headphones.  The song "Immortals" by Fall Out Boy came on first.

I closed my eyes, making sure to only walk on the sidewalk. I opened my eyes every so often, don't worry.

But I let the music take over me, and wrap itself around me like a blanket.

About an hour had passed, and suddenly I wasn't standing anymore.

"Rod? Buddy, are you okay?" Nicky's voice rang in my ears. I opened my eyes cautiously, praying he wasn't there and that I was just hearing things. Just as my luck would have it, he was standing over me with worry spread across his head. "Rod? You okay?" Nicky asked again.

I sighed, not daring to meet his eyes. "Hi Nicky." I grumbled under my breath. He held out a hand. I ignored it, standing up. "I missed you." Nicky said, looking down and shuffling. "I know you probably don't want to see me. You know what, never mind." he turned, starting to walk away.

I walked in front of him, hugging him. "No, please don't go. I missed you too." I mumbled as he froze. Nicky wrapped his arms around me, hugging me back. "So, you're not mad at me anymore?" he smiled hopefully. I chuckled.

"Nicholas, I could never stay mad at you!" I laughed, running a hand through my hair.

Nicky hugged me tighter. "Move in with me again?" I pleaded. "You want me?" "It's so lonely without you." "Then I would love to."

Thankfully, Nicky hadn't moved his stuff out. Nicky and I stood in the doorway of our apartment. We glanced at each other and started laughing. "Honey, I'm home!" We joked.

"It's good to see you, Nicky." I smiled happily, almost lovingly.
