Black Veil Brides and The Mermaid Princess (BVB/Ashley Purdy Fan Fic/Fantasy)

Chapter 1: Meeting Lyric and Going to a beach party!

Hi! I'm Lyric, it's nice to meet you! I have Black Hair and I'm really pale - I can tan but I am not allowed be in the sun long enough the get one. I have green eyes with a golden ring around the pupils and I also have a um... A dark purple tail. Incase you haven't noticed I'm a lot diffrent then most 16 year old girl.. I'm kind of a mermaid. I know a lot of you may think us Mer-Folk aren't real when really you humans just haven't seen us before. But my Dad says that I'm part human, My mom was human when she met my dad, he turned her into a mermaid so they could be together, my mom was so pretty she was also half Native american. Anyways.. My father King Ray has rules for us Mer-People, and is SUPER strict with me cause I'm his only daughter. There are so many rules and I hate them... I've gotta get out of these waters.

"Daddy.. Please let me go see the human world once!" I begged as I swam behind him.

"No! Lyric I want to hear no more about this!" He swam ahead of me and I just sulked as I swam to my room.

"L-Lyric? Are you okay?" My fish friend Titan asked as he swam into my room.

"Yeah.. I just wish I could make my father understand. I don't see things the way he does. How could a world that makes such amazing things be bad?" I questioned Titan as I looked at a framed Kiss Platinum record that I had found on a big boat that was near the shore. Ya know living in a sea kingdom near Los Angeles and Venice Beach you tend to hear a lot of Rock music, and its always intrested me.

"I don't know Lyric.. I wish there was something I could do." Titan answered sadly, then I heard a loud boom.

"What do you suppose.." I swam to the surface and saw a big party on the beach, they were shooting fireworks and drinking and dancing, some were swimming. I swam up to the shore where nobody could see me and I pulled myself to a rock where I hid a purple bikini that matched the color of my tail. I took my black sea shell bra off and put the purple one on, and I waited for my tail to turn into legs; it turns out that because I'm half human when my tail is dry it turns into human legs. Once my tail transformed into legs I put the bottoms on and stood up and looked to see who was at the party. Oh My Starfish! It was a bunch of bands! There was Motionless In White, Asking Alexandria, New Years Day, Bring Me The Horizon, and my fav Black Veil Brides! You see I had a friend that was a mermaid who decided she wanted to be human she was 18 so my father decided to grant her, her wish. Anyways, she came to see me at the cave way over on the far side of the the beach where nobody else goes, and she had her iPhone with her I asked her about it and she let me see it after I had gotten dried off and put on my human clothes she brought me, she let me listen to all of these bands and more and I fell in love with them all! theyre so amazing. And I must say I'm rather Intrigued by that Ashley Purdy from BVB.. He's a hottie! but he seems so sweet and caring as well. i watched then I felt a hand on my back, I jumped and turned around to see that it was Ash Costello from NYD omg..

"Sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you. I just came over to see if you wanted to join the party? You seemed kinda lonley over here." she smiled at me.

"R-Really? You want me to join the party?" I was shocked!

"Well sure! You seem really cool! Oh I'm Ash by the way." she chuckled.

"I know who you are, I love your music. I.. I'm Lyric." I smiled nerviously.

"Well come on Lyric, I'll introduce you to everyone!" She smiled and grabbed my hand, walking me over to the campfire.

"Hey Everyone! Attention!" she yelled and everyone even BVB looked over, Ashley Purdy kinda stared at me, I blushed.

"This is Lyric! I saw her over there looking at the fireworks and the party and decided to see if she wanted to join, she said yes! so everyone make her feel welcome." She smiled at me.

"H-Hi.." I waved nerviously.

A wave of "Hello! Hi. and Hiya" was returned to me by everyone, Ash Costello introduced me to everyone and then she got ditracted and left me standing near BVB. They all got up and walked over Introducing themselves.

"Hi, I'm Andy." Andy held out his hand, so I shook It.

"Hello" I returned.

"I'm Jake." Jake smiled and waved.

"Nice to meet you." I smiled.

"I'm CC!" CC said smiling and waving, I giggled.

"Hi" I waved still giggling.

"I'm Jinxx." He held his hand out, I shook it.

"Hey" I smiled a little.

"I'm Ashley, it's a pleasure to meet such a cute little thing like yourself." He kissed my hand, I blushed deep scarlette.

"T-Thanks Ashley, but the pleasure is mine to meet such an amazing bassist and band." I said still blushing and smiling, they all chuckled.

"Your good with words young lady." Ashley flirted a little, wait.. is this a dream?!

"So I've been told." I chuckled, then for the rest of the night we all partied and danced and acted crazy, everyone left except for BVB, they all fell asleep on the beach on blankets. I made sure they were all okay and then I took my bikini off and hid it back behind the rock and put my sea shell bra back on, I ran into the water taking one last look at the before swimming back home and going to my room, I layed in my bed and fell asleep hoping that someday I'd be able to visit with them again.
