plugged in my earphones to the most sad song i could ever listen to, laying my body to the open field where no one else is around you. Slowly your eyes starts to close and you get into a deep sleep. The quietness and calmness ambience is what you need sometimes. Us being so caught up in life and you sometimes forget how to give your body some rest that it needs. Away from the world. Let your body have some focus towards yourself.
