The New Bodyguard Klance

Chapter 2

Keith's Pov

That day, we were set at rise, gathered our things in our ship, and set flight for Altea. It was a beutiful planet that we arrived to. It was a very tall - blue and white palace, surrounded by villages and shops. It was breath taking and the most beutiful planet I've ever seen.

Once landed, our "butler" from the altean palace gathered our things for us and taken them to our dorms. Me and Shiro then entered the palace and were on our way to the royal room.

"I've read a few things about the prince and princess last night. They've been through a lot of bodyguards lately. Ten fired in less than a year. I'm kinda nervous, haha. I heard that Prince Lance is a bit of a trouble maker, so keep your guard up if your assigned to be his bodyguard," Shiro said, sweating a little bit.

"Don't worry, Shiro. Everything will be just fine. And thanks for the heads up. Your not worried about the princess?"

"Nope. Didn't hear anything about her, except that she's a beauty."

"Good to hear."

With that, we finally found our way to the front doors of the royal room, the palace guards letting us in. Me and Shiro then walked forwards to face the King, bowing with respect. And that's when I saw them. The Prince and Princess of Altea.

Or rather, thats when I saw him. The Prince. He came upwards a little towards us, guessing to introduce ourselves to the palace.

"Good day gentlemen. I am Lance McClain, Prince of Altea. Thank you both for coming today and signing up to be my and my beloved sisters bodyguards."

The Prince was tan and had a thin body. His hair was as white as snow, as the blue ocean lyed in his eyes. He wore a white and blue shirt, with gold stripes at the end, a cape that falled to his waist and wore white pants with blue - white stripped boots that went up to his knees.

"Good day to the two of you, indeed. I am Princess Allura of Altea, Lance's younger sister. It is an honor to meet the two greatest warriors of Zarkons fleet. What might the two of your names be?"

"G-Good day, Princess. My name is Takashi Shirogane, but I go by the name of Shiro from my fleet," Shiro said, bowing respectfully.

"And I am Keith Kogane. It's an honor to be here, your highnesses," I said, now bowing respectfully.

"It's nice to meet the two of you," King Alfor began to say, as the Prince and Princess went back to their seats. "Lets get down to business, shall we? Here are your routines of who and how your going to bodyguard and protect my children. Sir Shiro, you are bodyguarding the Princess."

Shiro is either excited or nervous, cause' it seems he just got tense.

"Sir Kogane, you will be bodyguarding  the Prince."

Now I think I just got tense.

"These are your routines for today, as starters. Shiro, you will be escorting the Princess to her room to firmly help her study for her piano lessons after our meeting. Next, you will lead her to the auditorium and will teach her how to play. Afterwards, it will be the time for dinner, so you will escort her to the dinning room where the rest of us will be. That will be your duties for now."

Shiro nodded in agreement.

"Sir Keith, your duties with the Prince will be a little different for today. You will first be heading to the auditorium to see how he has been improving with the piano lessons he has been taught. Take some notes down on it. Afterwards, you will be guarding the dinning room during noon. He has a meeting with an upcoming guest, Prince Hunk. That should end around when you will be leading the Prince to the dinning room where the rest of us are, afterwards."
