Nina was skateboarding, a Twenty One Pilots song pumping through her earbuds. She closed her eyes, until she heard someone screaming to someone to watch out, and suddenly, she hit someone, sending them both to the ground. Her heart stopped when she saw it was Tyler Joseph. Then he spoke.
"Serves me right for standing in the middle of the sidewalk. You okay?"
"Am I okay? I ran right into you!"
"Yeah, but... I guess we were both at fault, weren't we?"
"Yeah, we kind of were, weren't we?" And that was the start of something great for Nina Jackson.
A/N: This is an extremely shortened version of this one-shot that was used for Wattpad's Fanfic Bootcamp. I will be posting the original sometime after the Bootcamp is over, and will be titled "The Dangers (Or Perks) Of Skateboarding OV". The one told here is Nina's perspective, but Tyler's perspective of this scene is told in the book "Truce".
