BEATRICE POV

Once we start driving home my dad speaks up.

"so, what do you think?"

"It's awesome!!" i yell making him jump, i laugh.

"I'm glad you like it but, once your in the system things will get rough you will fight with people, be in school while doing training, you be tested either once a week or once a month, you will wake up at 4 in the morning and go to train every single day. But, tomarrow you won't have to go, just for tomarrow."

"Wow dad you really want me to do this."

"Yes i do i believe that it will make smarter than everyone, stronger than everyone and much much more."

"So basically better than everyone." i say while laughing.

"well........yeah basically." he says while smiling.

When i walk into the house i run upstairs, plop on my bed and watch Doctor Who season 5 episode im not even sure.

Next hing i know im already asleep.

Im having a dream about me running down an alley chasing a guy. I jump and land on him then, i hand cuff him.

Just as i'm about to call for a cop car, i hear a gun shot and it ends.

I wake up on the floor, wow i must of used all my energy to tackle the guy.I get up and walk to my bed, then i start to watch the next episode of Doctor Who.

I'm five minutes into the episode when i heard the front door close and footsteps going up the stairs, until the footsteps stop outside the door. Probably caleb doing something stupid, i get back to the show until out of nowhere, caleb screams from outside of my door.

"MOM AND DAD WENT TO THE STOOOOOOORE!!!!! THEY SAID TO TELL YOOOOOOOU!" he screams super loud on the you.

"CALEB!!!! SHUT UP IM WATCHING MY SHOW!!!!!" I SCREAM BACK FRUSTRATED.

"Alright. Alright. Shesh i was just saying." I roll my eyes and get back to the show.

When Matt says "This is going to be a tricky one." I hear the home phone.

Wait the home phone? Thats only for emergencies.

I then jump out of my bed and run down the stairs, more like trip down the stairs.

I see caleb at the other side of the room, i runn as fast as i can trying to get to the phone before caleb. And i do.

"Hello?"I say

"Hi, are you related to Andrew Prior and Natalie Prior?"They ask me.

"Y-yes."I stutter not wanting to know what happened.

"Well, im sorry to say this but, Andrew and Natalie are dead, they were shot."I drop the phone and fall on the floor crying. I can't believe it my parents are dead, our parents Natalie and Andrew prior are dead.

"Beatrice? Beatrice! What happened?!" Caleb shouts.

"Beatrice, what happened?" he says calmly.

"Th-they're dead." i sob. "They're dead." i repeat.

"Who's dead?" he asks patiently.

"Mom and dad they're dead! They were shot!"He starts to cry too.

"What are we going to do?" I ask. Then i remember what dad told me.I shoot up.

"Caleb? Did mom and dad tell you what to do if anything happened to them?" I ask.

"Yes."He says realizing.

"Well get ready we're leaving right now."He nods and goes upstairs, im guessing to get something small like a memory or a pair of clothes.

I soon decide to not take anything except for a picture of our parents and a family picture.

I soon realize caleb and i probably got a different place to go to.

So after caleb came downstairs, i hugged him, told him about how we probably got different places.

We both go outside say see you later because i know i'll see him again, someday. I wait till i can't see him anymore.

I turn my back and walk towards the road that takes me straight to the facility and think about how i might not see caleb.......................
