chapter one Tris POV

Beep

Beep

I hear the sound of my alarm clock going right as my brother Caleb comes running through the door.

"Beatrice. get up you don't want to be late for your first day of your new school" I groan and throw a pillow at him. He turns around an leaves my room forgetting to shut the door.

I get up out of bed and walk over to my closet before shutting my door. I grab a pair of black ripped skinny jeans and tight black tank top then head off to the bathroom.

20 minutes later

Im getting out of the shower checking the time it says 6:30 shit I have to be at school by 7:10. I hurry up put my clothes on. put light liner and mascara on, put my black combat boots on and run out of my room.

I get down stairs and see my mom and dad sitting at the kitchen table. I run over a grab muffin of the island and head for the when I hear my mother say "Try to make friends today Beatrice" I grab my keys to my black Camaro and head off to school.

when she is at school

I pull into the school parking lot as the same time as my brother great. I hurry and take the key out of the ignition grab my backpack and hurry into the school before Caleb can catch me. I walk in to the office and she a lady setting at the desk.

" Hi my name is Beatrice Prior and I need my schedule" "Okay one sec" she prints my schedule and hands it too me. As I'm lopoint at my schedule I bump in to a girl. Good going this "I'm so sorry I didn't mean it"  I say to the girl. "it's okay. and by the way I'm Christina but you can call me Chris. you look new here do you.need help finding your locker" she says nicely "yes my locker is number 6" she looked at my an Squealed "Oh my god my you are right be side me and my friends Will,Uriah,Zeke,Shauna, Marlene, and Lynn is right beside of me and Tobias is locker 4. Hey at lunch you can set with me and I'll show you.my friends" Woah I think this girl is too happy for me a 7 something in the morning.

I put some of my stuff.in my.locker and when I close it Chris asks me "can.I see your schedule" o hand it over to her and she says we have all the same classes together, and Tobias has the same one to.

Chris and I head off to our first period class art. We set in the way back of the room and are talking about with is better unicorns or Aliens. That's when we heard the door open I turned around and that's when he walked in...
