The morning couldn't have been any colder. Sure I like the snow, and Christmas, and everything that comes with winter (including my birthday) but NOT in the morning! It was December 25th,that's right...Christmas Eve. Also known as my birthday. Yay? Celebrations just haven't been the same since Mom passed away.
She passed away in a car crash. She and Dad were in the car. They were on their way to pick me up from swim lessons. But they were late, really late. Mom and Dad were about three hours late, they were driving as fast as they could and next second there they were in the middle of a crash. A crash that, at the time no one knew, but a crash that would take my father's leg and my mother's life.
