I accually managed to get sleep. "Good morning." Trenton rolls over. "Good mornin' Sir." I say smiling. I get up. "Slept in?" I ask looking around. McKenzie, Blake, and Katy were all gone. I check my phone.
Off to breakfest didnt to wake you... ~Love you awesome cousin anf your bestest of friends.
I laugh. "They went to breakfest." I say. He nods. "Doctor should be here shortly." I say kissing his cheek. He smiles. After we say goodbye I walk alone to breakfest. "Hey sleepy head." Blake chuckles. "Oh shut up. I hadnt slept the night before. Trenton seemed happier this morning." I smile. Katy laughs.
We all walk back up. Trenton frowns once we come in. "What?" We all ask. "I have to have surgery on my ACL." He says. I look back at Blake. McKenzies face goes blank. She starts to breath heavy. "Is everything okay McKenzie?" Blake asks. My eyes flash up to him. "Anxeity attack." I say. "But why?" He asks. I sit next to her. "Remember when I got into that wreck... and I only had a broken ankle.... b-but my mom-" She pauses. I cover my mouth. I can remember back to it... that was a rough time in McKenzies life.
Trenton looks at me confused. I gulp. So many differnt things going on. "McKenzie... is there anything we can do to help you?" I ask. She shruggs. "Im not sure." She says. "Why dont you go to sleep... that might help you." She nods. I sort out everything in my mind. I sigh. "Trenton... when are you having your surgery?" I ask. "Tomorrow." He answers. I nod. "Sorry for not stopping... but is there anything we can do to help you?" I ask. He nods. "Come here." He says. I nod. "I love you." He whispers in my ear before turning my head to kiss me. My mind stops. Everything slows. "Ooooh!" McKenzie and Katy coo. We pull away. He smiles. "Calm down." He whispers. I sigh. "Sorry." I say looking down. He laughs. "Nothing to be sorry about." He says.
We decided Trenton needed real rest before his surgery so we didnt stay the night. I lay in my ved staring at my ceiling. I sigh. "Someones love struckkkk." Katy laughs at McKenzies comment. "Whatever." I laugh. "How was it?" McKenzie asks. "How was what?" I ask. "Your first kiss!" She says. "Your first kiss?! How magical!" Katy laughs. "It was... amazing." I laugh. "So that was your first kiss?" Katy asks. "Yes." I blush. "I hope its my last first kiss." I slump. I perk up. "Baby I, I wanna know, what you think when your alone, is it me yeah. I sit up and change into my pink flower tank with my jean shorts and my white supras. Kenzie got into a band tshirt and jean shorts and Katy was in a blue tank top with jean shorts. We head to the mall just to get my mind off if Trenton while he is in surgery. I sit on the bench. I look up at Katy who was talking to McKenzie. "Guys. Im troubled. I cant stop thinking about him." I say sighing. "Love struck." McKenzie says nodding to Katy. "Maybe... but im worried as well." I say. "Your such a worrier." Katy says. "If your boyfriend was in a carcrash.... broke his leg... and is in surgery wouldnt yiu be worring too?" I ask. She pauses. "Yea.... I guess you right... im sorry for saying that..." She says. "Its fine..." I say.
We shop a few stores. "Trentons been out of surgery for about thirty minutes... do you think we should go see him now?" I ask for the millionth time. McKenzie sighs. "Yea we can." She laughs. I smile.
We open the door to his room. He is asleep on the hospital bed. I frown. My mind flashes to when I first walked into this room. I was so worried. I sit next to him. I grab his hand. "He has been out for about an hour now... who knows when he should wake again..." The doctor laughs leaving us in the room. I smile. We sit silently in the room starring at each other trying not to laugh at the silly expressions on our faces. I stop suddenly when Trentons eyes blink open. I gasp. "W-where am I?" He asks quietly. "In a hospital." I say. "W-who are you?" He asks. I gulp. "Im Ashton..." I say. "Do I know you?" I frown. Must be some pain relife they gave him. The doctor comes in. "Oh your awake." He says. "Who are you?" He asks. "The doctor." He says. "Is this supposed to be happening?" I ask. "His pain relife should of worn off an hour ago...." The doctor says. I frown. The worry coming quickly back. Again and again. I want this to pass over... now.
