I opened my tired, icy blue eyes and sat up. I ran a hand through my rich, dark, brown hair with a sigh. Finally last day of school. I jumped out of bed with that thought and checked my clock. I woke up a little late but honestly who would care. I grabbed a pair of ripped black jean shorts,  a grey tank top labeled Normal People Scare Me. I grabbed undergarments, socks, and my combat boots and headed to my shower.

I stripped my pj's and hopped into the shower turning it to a icy cold to allow my brother to take a warm shower. I quickly washed my hair and body before hopping out and drying myself completely. I got dressed and brushed my teeth put on a little foundation, mascara and winged my eyeliner like always. I headed out of the bathroom and woke up my younger brother.

"Hey, lazy boy. Time to get up!" I shouted while throwing a pillow at the boy's head. His sat up with a groan.

"I have feelings too you know!"

"I know, but Im your older sister."

"Only by a year."

"Ah what a good year that was to not have you around."

"Hey! I feel very attacked right now!" He said in a high pitched girly voice. My brother Cole and I looked very similar except for the fact that he was a boy and a year younger than me. I promised myself that I would protect him with my life when I found out our parents had been dealing drugs and put into prison. Im 18 and took legal guardianship of him and now we have our parents' earnings and money so we also inherited the house. I also have a well paying job at an auto-mechanic shop.

I smiled and left his room to make him some breakfast because I love my brother and all, but he cannot cook to save his life. I got an apple out along with the ingredients t make pancakes. I was pretty good at making them. I looked at the clock and realized I'd be late if I didn't leave soon. My Kawasaki was at the shop because we didn't have a garage attached to the house and we couldn't afford a shed. It didn't help our driveway was small and my brothers old mustang was in the driveway.

I left a note and grabbed my keys and bag. I began the short walk from the house to the auto mechanic shop I worked at, called Friday's.   I opened the door and went to the back. It was still early but I had a 'meeting' with certain people before school. I sprinted to the back and put my keys in my bag. I went to my locker and opened it before grabbing my leather jacket and I pulled my hair into my blacked out helmet. I pulled the cover off and opened the seat before pushing my bag into the bottom of the seat pouch. Closing my locker, I put my keys in the ignition before kicking the stand opening the garage door and putting my bike outside. The sun was beginning to rise and the light was hitting the black to make it look amazingly fake. I closed the garage before hopping onto my bike and revving the engine to move someone out of my way.

I smirked as they sped a little to move. I pulled the throttle down and felt the wind whip my hair back. The summer sun hitting my skin in this perfect California weather. I took the back roads to my high school so I could speed a little. I went about ten over the limit and made it to school at the time my 'friends' told me to be. I pulled into the parking lot of Hills High School. I parked in my regular spot and took my helmet off taking the keys out of the ignition and kicking the stand. I began the walk to the forest behind the school. I kept my helmet on because they were never allowed to see my face. I had the directions written on my phone and with luck everything would go to plan.

I made it to the back an a few were already there. I got my phone out and tossed it to the 'leader'. He read through and he chuckled lowly shaking his head. His brown hair flopping over his sculpted features and going over his chocolate eyes slightly. I stood in front of him waiting. He quickly stopped laughing and handed me the money. I gave him the paints and cigarettes with a lighter. He slowly took them and in the process I took my money and phone. I kicked him in his lower region, "Don't laugh next time. Maybe the plan will go better." I spoke coldly. I walked back to my bike and took off my helmet and switched jackets and boots.

I walked into the school with paints of my own. I pulled my bandana over my nose and mouth while walking straight to the gym. I tagged the walls with my symbol, a sketch of medusa. I then took off my bandana and left before anyone noticed. Heading back to the office I turned the cameras back on and went to my bike to wait. After people showed up, I grabbed my bag and headed in helmet under my arm. I went to my locker and put my helmet in it while taking out my books.

I turned around to find my brother laughing next to my locker. "Did you do that in the gym?" He asked

"Who else do you think has a medusa imprinted on her palm?" I stated

"You're right, but the principle ain't happy." he said chuckling.

"I know, it's the third time and they still haven't found me." I chuckled

I kept walking down the hall to my first period and the any one Im attending. As soon as I got there I chose the first seat and popped my shoes on the top of the desk pulling my sunglasses on and hood up. People began to enter the room snickering talking about the gym's new portrait. People started taking their seats and I pulled my phone out and started listening to music through my headphones.

The teacher walked in and raised his eyebrows at me. "Ms. Ashton, would you like to explain the gym?" He asked. I pulled one headphone out feeling everyone's eyes on me, I smirked and lowered my glasses a little. "Mhm, wasn't me. But I'd say they've got a pretty dope taste in graffiti places. Why do you care. Isn't this the third time this happened," I said as people started snickering. "Maybe you should up your security after you lock up the place. Then again they don't pay y'all enough to lock this shit hole up properly." The class began to giggle a little louder. The teacher had a red tint to his cheeks. "Sir you seem to be blushing, did I charm you that much?" I said faking surprise as the class got louder with laughter and the teacher got redder. "Sir you should excuse yourself you look like a tomato." I said as the class burst into hysterics.

After the rest of the class I just sat at my desk and chilled while I waited for time to pass. I was counted present and had no detentions for the week so I could go home. After metaphorical ages, I went to my locker and grabbed everything from it. I went to the office and dropped my textbooks off and headed out the door. I saw my brother waiting as I had signed him out as well. He waved and as did I. My bike was just sitting there ready for a road trip. I smiled at the thought and went down to my brother and my bike. "Hey Cole! How was your last day of junior year?" I asked.

"Boring, but it's over so I'm okay with it." He said with a yawn.

"Good now go home and pack a suit case we are going to the beach. I already picked up my diploma. I got everything I needed and thanked my teachers before I left." I stated as his eyes lit up with happiness. Next thing I knew I was being crushed in a bear hug. I hugged him back and went to my bike. "Drive safe Cole, meet me at Friday's. Okay?" I asked. He nodded and thanked me before taking off. I slid on my helmet and changed my boots before my jacket and hopped onto my bike. With that I sped off to Friday's. I wasn't prepared for what I'd see next.
