hi, so this is my first fanfiction so there might be a lot of errors I didn't spot but still I hope you guys enjoyed. Oh and also i do not own any other character in the story, only Emily Evans, all the other characters are originals from the Netflix movie the kissing booth. Thx, Enjoy!

EM'S POV

I walk in Elle's room while she is getting ready for school. She was putting on the shortest skirt I've ever seen. "Thats a total no".

" But Em, my pants just ripped!" she whines.

"alright , what about your backups?"

"drycleaning"

"what about your backup for your backup?"

"this is it!" she whines even more.

"That skirt is way too short" I say trying to push her skirt down. When Elle sees what I have on she quickly turns around and cross her arms. "what about you?" I looked in the mirror, yeah those were pretty short but I was used to it, and I was also older. "and? I can you can't end of story!"

"Em!" she whines.

"You better get a ride with Lee because I am not taking you to school with that skirt!" I say walking out of the room and winking at her, " don't be late".

ELLE'S POV

"Em!" I whine again. My sister just couldn't understand what was happening. My backup were in the dry cleaning and that was the ONLY thing I had left, I mean she knows how I have't weared a skirt since eight grade.  I run downstairs to try and catch up to her. As I was going down I could see Em checking herself in the mirror, gosh how I wish I was her. Em was perfect , boys would follow her everywhere and literally beg for her to go out with them. She usually use to take advantage of her beauty, and then when mom died she went full nuts. She went from boy to boy like they were her favorite type of gum, except she never even waited for the flavor to end. It was so bad dad had to send her to grandma's for the summer, and now she was back.

"Em, wait!", I screamed but she just turned around and waved bye. shit. Now I had no ride, I quickly pic up my phone and call Lee. "hey , I need a ride, my asshead of a sister wouldn't let me get on the car this morning"

"alright showing up on your front door in 4", Lee responded. "Okay can I ask why though?"

I step of my house where Lee was waiting for me and well his reaction was priceless. "Nope , not even a word Mr."

"But..."

"Nope! I ripped my pants this morning and had to use this as my backup".

"How about you backups backup?" Lee asks.

"This are my backups backup! My backups are in the dry cleaning".

Lee laughs. "what?" I ask as he continues laughing, "what?"

EM'S POV

I step out of my car and made sure I locked the doors. High School was always a sketchy place for me. I was walking to the school when I saw Lee and Elle, and guess what, she was wearing, the skirt and EVERYONE was staring. I rolled my eyes and jogged towards her. "What did I tell you about the skirt?" I ask her as I finally reached her side.

"I had no other backups!"

"People are staring!" I tell her.

I was walking with my sister and her best friend when  Tuppen comes behind us and slap my sister's ass. "Looking good little Evans, almost as good as your sister"he said winking at me.

"What the heck dude?", I ask as Elle keep telling me that she gotten. "Keep your hands to yourself jerk!" I said as I kicked Tuppen in the balls, as he was finally standing up again I was getting ready to kick him again when something knocked him out, nope not something, sorry lol.. it was actually Noah Flynn, Lee's older brother. "Noah stop!" I scream trying to push him away. Well there was a thing that I didn't miss seeing, Noah fighting, it happen quite often may I say. kind of like everyday!

The fight was stopped by the principal who escorted me , Elle ,Tuppen  and Noah to his office.

"But Sir, he touched her lady bump, I was NOT gonna let him get away with that!" I argue with the principal.

"Yes, I understand, but still violence is never the way, so I'll have to give you a detention, after school".

I walked out of the principal's office to find Noah and Elle talking. "The principal is calling you in his office". I told Elle.  I rolled my eyes at her as she was walking by me. " told ya". She stick her tongue out and walks inside. I take a sit where Elle was sitting and pick up one a school newspaper.  I chuckled ,like I was actually gonna read it. "Whats so funny?" Noah asks.

"Umm, I don't know, maybe the fact that you are an imbecile who's hobby includes of punching, oh and more punching", I say sarcastically, "It wasn't your fight Flynn, next time stay away from it!"

"That guy was gonna hit Lee, and also he slapped your sister's butt", he argued.

"Oh so now you care? Drop the act we both know you will make everything a reason for a fight". I could see Noah expression getting more tightened, he was definitely getting mad.

"I did it to help you".

"Well I don't need help, I am a big girl Noah, I can take care of myself". I replied. he laughs which got me aggravated. "What?"

"Nothing", he says smirking, " big girl huh?"

"I hate you Noah Flynn, your presence is toxicating this room. I will remove myself before I get suffocated by your jerkiness".  I stand up just in time to catch Elle leaving the principals office. "What did you get?" I ask her.

" Detention", she shows me the paper. I give her the looked and she already knew, "Yeah yeah, you told me so, can we go now?"

"please", I said walking out, "see ya in detention", I winked at Noah and Elle waved bye.
