Mi-Sun woke up in the middle of the night after a bad feeling in her stomach. She really hoped her stomach wasn't overreacting. She unlocked the door to her room and poked her head through it.
Nothing seemed to be different about her apartment. Everything was fine. Everything was okay.
Mi-Sun walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water. She turned on the tap and watched as the water flowed into the glass.
"Hey—"
She jumped, some water jumping out of the glass. Mi-Sun turned around to see Jimin.
"Jimin, you scared the hell out of me."
He let out a breathy chuckle. "Sorry, I just heard you in the kitchen, thinking it was someone else."
"It's okay. Knowing you came to check up on the noise makes me feel better," she replied.
Jimin smiled. "I'm always here for you."
