Chapter 8

 Knock. Knock.

"Come in." A smooth voice said as the door slowly creeped open. 'Creepy.' Sakura thought, pushing the door open before shutting it. Blinking she tried to adjust her sight to the complete darkness that was in this office. It wasn't long before there was a sound of someone clicking their fingers heard as the lights turned on. Sat down behind a desk before her was her leader. Stood beside and round his were the remaining members of the Akatsuki; Deidara, Tobi, Kisame, Itachi, some dude that was covered in stiches and another that was half black and half white. "Haruno." Pein stated as he looked up from his paper work.

"You wanted me? Leader-sama?" Sakura asked as she looked around the room from the corner of her eyes. The room was quite plain, the walls were white, a couple of vases that held paper flowers. There were no pictures or anything that seems important to the leader except...a blue flower.  it was the only flower that had a colour besides white. Sakura blinked as she tried to figure out if it was a real plant or made out of paper.

"Hai. Seeing as you're going to be here for a while. You'll need to go on missions as well as being our medic." Pein said snapping out of her observations. Sakura nodded and waited for the man to continue. "You can choose," he said, shocking everyone at his generocity. "Which team you wish to be in. Itachi and Kisame's, Deidara or Tobi's,"

"Pick Tobi! Pick Tobi!" Tobi interupted. Pausing in annoyance, Pein continued.

"Or Zetsu and Kakuzu's."

Sakura looked at all the team members. She listed the pros and cons, mostly cons of being in each team. Zetsu is just too creepy with his two completely different sides and his yellow eyes. Does it even have a pupil? Kakuzu is just weird, counting money and muttering about it all the time. And the stiches, she knows it's not right to judge but it seems as if parts of his body is going to fall off any second. Next, Itachi. 'Seriously? Leader-sama brought him up? Like I'd ever join his team...' She thought angrily as she skipped Kisame.

Then, Tobi. he's just too annoying and clingy. But she has to admit, he's just too adorable when he pouts or looks ready to cry! He might distract her or get in her way if she joins his team. But it was the only person that's actually nice to her besides for Kisame. So she has just got to ignore Deidara if he's still angry with her, which was an obvious yes, on missions.

She was hesitant to answer but the impatient look, or what she guessed was impatient on her leader's face, told her to 'hurry-the-hell-up'.

"Ano...I choose...Tobi and Deidara-san's?" She decided waiting to see if he'd agree or allow. Pein waved his hand and nodded.

"Then this will be your partners for the rest of your stay here." 'Which is forever.' He silently added. "Dismissed." He ordered ignoring the shocked look on the blond's face and the masked raven who clung onto the pinkette. Just before Deidara, the last person to exit his office left, the rinnegan holder said to him.

"Give our new member a tour." His one blue eye narrowed as he nodded, closing the door behind him.

"Stupid Akatsuki, stupid brats, stupid leader!" He whispered underneath his breath as he walked to catch up with Haruno.

"I heard that." A loud voice boomed causing the bomber to pick up his speed.
