Run Away

Chapter Two

(a/n) This chapter is kinda boring really but helps so I can get to the main part of the story..

We go on for the rest of the school day like a normal day.

It finally becomes 7th period. Art. Art is a great way to end a school day, I think.

I head to my class and Kara shows up.

"You came!" I tell her.

"Yeah.. I got bored" she says and I laugh.

Kara, Asher, Ashers boyfriend Nick (yeah, they're gay) and I sit close to the back. I start to wonder where Spencer is..

I'm quickly pulled out of my thoughts when the art teacher loudly says, "alright class. Today is a free draw day," people starts saying yay, "but! Whatever it is you draw today will be entered in the art contest. You have two weeks to do this though." everyone sighs and starts drawing.

I get my stuff out and start drawing pretty much a mashup of different albums, sort of making my own album cover out of other album covers.

I look over and see what Asher starts drawing. The characters from Zelda. He's been obsessed with Zelda forever.

I see what Nick is drawing. A really gothic looking dude with wings and it looks like he has some sort of power or maybe like it's possessed. It looks like it's a few feet off the ground with his arms spread out with a bright light behind him and it looks like there's wind, blowing leaves and such around. It just looks like a really awesome, very detailed anime character that I've never seen before.

I decide to see what Kara is drawing. It looks like an alley way. Lots of different graffiti and all. There's an old balcony from most likely an apartment building. She starts drawing people in the alley. They all look alternative and some are smoking, drinking,  and another is writing something on the wall in graffiti.

My friends are really talented drawers.

The bell rings and I collect all my stuff and head out with Asher and watch as Kara and Nick go the other way.

We walk out and get on the city bus. It's silent on the way to my stop. I say bye to Asher and get off. I decide to stop at the library.

I walk in and say hi to Centra, the girl who works there. She's about 20 years old.

"Hi Chrys!" she says

"Hey Centra" I say and walk to the mythology part in the back. I grab a few books and check them out then go home. Mythology and things like that really interest me.

Before anyone can say anything, I run upstairs and lock my door. I grab my phone and call Asher and tell him to get Kara and Nick on the line while I get Mike and Spencer on the line.

Once everyone is on the line I start talking.
