Amanda's POV

"What are you doing here?" Liam asked. I heard Adam slam the fridge door, then he appeared.

"Oh I am sorry, forgot, hey Liam I am here" Adam said, mouth full of blueberries.

"Oh, hey, Sophia, this is Adam and his sister, Amanda" Liam said, "Guys this is Sophia my... um..."

"I am his... girl friend... like girl but a friend" She said looking at Liam.

"With benefits?" I rose my eyebrow. She rolled her eyes.

"Hm.. you were right, bye Liam, I will call you later and we can... hang out again, alright?" Sophia said standing up. Wow, rude. "It was nice meeting you, Adam..... Amanda"

"Nice meeting you too" Adam smiled. Of course she was rude to me and not Adam. Typical.

"Nice meeting you Sophia" I smiled, politely. "I wonder why you would say that Payno?"

"Look, Amanda, I may be friends with Adam but I dont think you should consider us... friends" He said. He didnt want to admit to Adam that he almost had a one-night stand with me, but I left him hanging. It was kind of funny to me.

"I never did Payno, more as acquaintances." Liam had brown hair that was in a quiff. He was wearing sweatpants and a white tee-shirt, and had the tendency to... party... a lot. You may not think of it, cause when morning comes around he is already prepared with an Advil, but this man goes to a party 7 days a week.. wait.. oh no I am right. almost the full 365, sometimes 366.

"No, not even that, pretend we dont even know each other, look Adam, I know we are best friends and all but can you take your whore- sister and get out" Adam shrugged at his words, okay I dont get why that word hurts so much, cause maybe I am a virgin, I am.. I cant believe I was almost going to let Liam be my first..

"Bye Liam, I will text you later" Adam said leaving pulling my arm, "C'mon"

I dont know what came over me but once I got in the car tears spilled out, why did everyone have this... thought about me...

"Amanda?" Adam said, stopping the car on the side of the road, "Mandy, whats wrong"

"Nothing, drive" I chocked out. I never did this in front of Adam, express feelings. I never really did it in front of anyone.

"No, Amanda, no matter what you are my sister, tell me whats wrong" He said reaching over and placing a hand on my shoulder, I shrugged it off, and stared out the window, "Amanda, what is it, was it Liam calling you those things"

"No, I am fine, drive" I said, I wasnt going to tell him, I didnt know what it was. Maybe it was him, the sibling envy, or maybe it was me. I cant believe I was so STUPID! I didnt know what I did, I didnt know why I was friends with Grace.

"Amanda, I am not leaving this spot till you tell me whats wrong, please?" Adam begged, I turned and looked him in the eye.

"Whats wrong with me Adam?" I asked him and he looked taken back by it.

"There is nothing wrong with you, Amanda" Adam said, "Why would you think there is something wrong with you?"

"Because there is!" I yelled, "Dont you see, I am a mess, Mom wont even look at me, and I didnt even get to introduce myself to Liam's girlfriend and she already thinks I am a slut, I am a fucking virgin, what is their problem?"

"I dont know, thats their problem, maybe you should cut back on the partying" Adam shrugged, "I mean maybe if you-"

"Adam I want to change, but I don't want to be like you, perfect and someone who never fucks up, I don't get it, why does everyone hate me but love you, I literally only have one friend and then everyone tells me not to party, but when I do, suddenly I am popular" I cried. "What do I do, I don't even get what Liam's problem is with me? Just cause I didn't let him get in my fucking pants.."

"What?" Adam looked at me, "He tried to..."

"Really? Thats what you got out of this?" I sighed running my hands through my hair, "Just drive, alright, I cant be late for this"

"......... Alright, but we will talk about this later, alright, Amanda, I hope you know, even though I dont show my emotions well, I love you" Adam said, driving towards the place.
