Ian's world stop when he say you at a small café in LA. You where perfect to him. You was on your phone sitting at a booth drinking coffee.

It took Ian a couple minutes before he got enough courage to actually talk to you.

"Hey" Ian said sliding into the chair in front of you.

You barley made eye contact, you were to busy texting, to caught up in your phone to even know that a handsome guy was sitting in front of you trying to start a conversation.

"Hi" you glanced at him for a second and then back at your phone.

Ian was disappointed that you didn't want to have anything to do with him, but he wasn't going to leave until he got your number or some kind of information from you.

"How are you?" He asked

"Good" this time you didn't even look up.

Ian was getting aggravated, so he let out a dramatically loud sigh, making you look up.

"Is there a problem?" You asked, still looking at him.

"Oh, no, no problem at all" Ian said taking a bite of his Danish.

"Alright then" you said.

"Actually," Ian started "there is a problem"

"Go on"

"Can you please disconnect yourself from your phone and talk to me." Ian said, trying to be as nice as he could.

"Excuse me?"

"People are always on there phone, talking nonsense to their friends on Instagram or Snapchat, why not actually talking face to face? Why not put your phone down and have an actual conversation, where you put your phone up, look at me in the eyes and get to know each other. Because I think your very beautiful and if like to know you better."

"Wow" you said, not really knowing what to say "alright, talk to me. I'm listening"

"Great. I'd like to see you again. Can I have your number so we can meet again?" He asked.

"Sure" you said writing your number down on a napkin "see you soon"
