I finished pouring my coffee and walked over to my desk. When i got there, a man was standing at Amaro's desk. Nick wasn't in yet, "Can I help you sir?" I asked the man. He turned around and to my surprise it was Elliot. "Elliot where have you been?"I asked.

"Dean Porter pulled me to go U.C." he replyed

"You couldn't have just told us you were going under cover, you left liv thinking it was her fault, she was torn for weeks." i said.

"I couldn't i had to leave that night" he answered. "Is Cragen in his office?"

"You didn't hear Cragen went on a trip around the world with his lady friend. Olivia is captain now" I informed.

"Oh, is she in the captains office i wont to congratulate her and tell her I'm back" he said.

"Yeah but after Cassidy broke up with her last week you should do a little more then congratulate her" I teased.

he laughed "is she in her office?"

"ya" i said. Just then nick walked in.

"who was that?" nick asked.

"that was Elliot"

"Elliot Stabler Liv's old partner?"

"That's the one" i told him.
