"Elliot! You bit me!" I nearly scream at him.

"It's your fault you covering my mouth with your hand and all." he said.

"You where being to loud I was scared you would wake up Noah." I said.

"You put him in your room for a reason, so we could talk. plus if he didn't wake up from your screaming I don't think he will wake up from me talking to loud." he argued.

"Your probably right. I'm sorry I'm just tired and I don't want him to wake up." I said.

"If your tired I can go."

" No, no stay. I want the company I miss it." I tell him. "The whole time you have been explaining what happened when you left you never once have told me why you came back. did you finish the case?"

"Ya and I was kinda hoping for my job back." He said.

"I don't no about that we have two people coming in Monday to replace mine and munch's old positions." I said hesitantly.

"It's ok after what Fin said I kinda don't want my old job back." he said smiling.

I looked at him confused. "What did Fin say?" I asked.

"I told him I was going to congratulate you on the new title and he said after you and Cassidy broke up last week I should do a little more then congratulate you" he laughed.

"Remind me to tell him to stay out of my personal life." I said.

"What you don't like the idea?" he asked.

"No I like the idea I like the idea a lot but..."

"But what?"

"...But I don't think you liked me in that way." I said looking at the floor instead of him.

" If I didn't like you in that way would I do this?" he asked lifting up my chin and kissing me.

"El I can't." I said braking away from the kiss.

"What?" he asked.

" I like you, I really do. But love doesn't begin with a one night stand." I said.

"It was just a kiss if you don't want more then that that's fine I'm not in a rush but you can't honestly say you didn't want that, that you have never wanted that." he said, and he was right I did want that and I have wanted it for years. I've wanted him for years. expecaly when Lewis kidnaped me. I wanted him more then ever I wanted his to save the day to be my knight in shinning armor and it was just a kiss. An amazing kiss that sent spine tingling shocks of joy. it was a good kiss. And I wanted another one. I mean he's sexy, smart, and can through a mean right hook. he's every thing a girl wants in a man.

"You liked it" he said.

"What?" I asked.

"The kiss, you liked it." he teased.

"No I didn't" I said shocked he could still read me so well.

"Yes you did" He said pushing me onto the futon, and when the futon flipped out into a bed I bumped my head on the arm rest. "oh my god I'm so sorry I didn't mean for you to hit your head." he freaked.

"It's ok" I laughed. "I hit my head a lot."

"But still you liked the kiss" he said sitting beside me.

"I did not." I argued trying to keep a strait face.

"Admit it or else I will tickle you until you pee yourself." he said stubernly. I tried to get up so I could run away but once I sat up he pulled me right back down got on top of me and started tickling me. I tried fighting him but he pinned both my arms above my head with one hand and continued tickling me.

"Fine" I said surrendering.

"Fine what?" he asked.

"Fine you where right I liked the kiss. what ya gunna do about it?" I asked. He put his free hand above my head and kissed me we made out for about 5 minuets before my home phone went off. "I have to get that." I said.

"Just let it go to the machine" he said.

Noah started screaming "and what do I do about that?" I asked.

El got off me. I got up got Noah then picked up the phone "benson" I answered. "ok I'm in my way." I said.

"do you have to go?" He asked

"yeah I'm sorry" I told him

"I could watch noah if you want." He suggested.

"you would do that for me?"

"yes I would love two." He said.

"Thank you." I said handing Noah to Elliot. "I oh you one el." then I grabbed my jacket and left.
