theme: circus / freakshow. time taken: around 20-30 minutes. editing points: edited the people in the picture (smudge tool for the effect of them fading away at the bottom, and general blur tool use), gathered the circus background picture, added a black tinge around the borders, text with the rasterize layer function and brush effects over top. a final red overlay on top of the whole picture.
