Sometimes when you want to cry
You can't
It's not physical
It's egotistical
Not wanting to show weakness
Knowing it'd be held over your head
Like a criminal record
So you just sit
Blinking
Feeling the tears build up
Why can't you cry
Why is crying bad
Someone sneezes and it's fine
A giggle?
A smile?
Always welcomed
A single tear?
Never
Why would you be so weak
Why would it make you weak
But it does in a way
Crying is an amazing relief
Letting all your problems flow out
Literally
And post cry you can just sit and breath
Letting everything go
Is crying sex?
People judge others for everything sexual
And most treat crying the same
Cried or had sex?

Didn't feel bad about it?
Judgement
Felt bad about it?
Judgement
Why the judgement
Why do they care
Why should they care
Why do they care about the wrong things
Why should they care about the right stuff
A judgement free world will never exist
I understand this
But if judgement could stay reasonable
If judgement could stay respectful
We could
Just maybe
Reach a new sense of peace in the world
But I can dream
This dream will forever stay here
