I get to meet my mate today as it is my 18th birthday. While people where getting my house ready for the party my father (the alpha) is greeting all pack members and two other packs as well.

My friends come to meet me so we can hang out before the party.

"Happy birthday my friend" shouts James in my ear.

"Thanks but why you shouting?" I say back to him calmly.

"I thought it would be funny as your getting old.... so is your hearing" he laughs in my face.

"Your soooo funny" I said with a scale on my face.

"Hay. Happy birthday man. Where's lora?" Said a distracted Dan.

Lora is my younger sister who is mates with Dan. They have been together for a month and they already love eachover like they have been together forever. Just as I was about to say she was in the garden with my parents, Tina comes walking in wareing a very short skirt and a low cut top. Strolling in behind her was her group of sluts Fai and Jenny who were also wareing short skirts and tops.

"Hi baby. Happy birthday. Am I staying at yours tonight??" She says as she winks at me.

"I don't know. I may have found my mate by then" I said raising an eyebrow at her.

"What you talking about!!! Your with me and me only!!!!" She shouts at me."You know I'm good for you and this pack baby" she then says in her sweet annoying voice.

She then grabs my head infront of everyone and kisses me. As she kisses me my wolf goes wild.

"GET HER OFF. SHE IS NOT OUR MATE" My wolf yells over and over again.

Just as I pushed her off me the doorbell goes off and since my dad is in the garden talking to everyone I answer the door. While Tina scales at me. As I open the door I see a large groups off people. Mr and Mrs Chris White standing in the front. I let them pass as they say "hi" and "happy birthday". I then turned and see two of my friends Nick and David.

"Hay Erick, happy birthday man" say both off them as they pass with David's older brothers and Nicks mate Cat.

"Happy birthday" says a smiling Cat.

"Thanks Cat. Hay guys party's out back in the garden. Go help yourselfs to food and drink" I say as I turn back around to see the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. She had long red hair, a small button nose, lovely rosey lips that looked to be the perfect size for kissing and the bluest baby blue eyes.

"MATE....MATE....MATE. CLAIM HER. CLAIM HER NOW!!!!" My wolf was screaming at me.

"Hi............... Emm I'm Erick. I've not seen you before. What's your name" I ask hoping she will know who I am.

"H..h..hi. M.my I'm Spring" she says in a sweet voice.
