Chapter 7:Try not to get caught

I grabbed the phone with so much force it almost cracked, by that time my ears and tail came out. I quickly dialed Toro's number -hello this is Toro, how may I help you?- I said in reply! "There is something you might want to know." There was a breff silence, -I'm coming-  I looked at the phone as he hung up. A sudden knock on the door got me out of daydreaming, it was Toro! I hugged him tightly in relief, he quickly noted "Katsumi! Your ears and tail are out! Let's go inside" I agreed and he followed me to the red worn couch. He let his ears and tail out as well, his tail was SO FLUFFY I wanted to just hug it! But that not why I brought him here.

After I finished discussing the news and showing him the paper, he noted "were going to have to be more careful Katsumi, just until this thing blows over."  And once again I agreed and mumbled "I'm scared" and hugged Toro, he quietly comforted me by saying it's going to be ok,we'll get through this." .
