Jung Ri Yeon

it's already the last week of July 2016 so we only have a week to spend the vacation.

Jung and I were sitting in the swing here in the playground of the village where we're living with our parents.

"Hey Ri, are you excited to go to school?" He asked.

i looked at him, "hmm, I am a bit nervous."

He looked back at me with confusion in his eyes.I shrugged then looked away.

"You know a typical girl.. I'm a bit nervous because it's my first time in that school and i'm excited because I'm already a college student." i smiled after saying that.

we stayed silent, sparing glances to the people who passed us.

"Can i ask you something?" i said it out of nowhere.

"You're already asking." He joked as he puts his arm on the back of the swing.

i turned my head to him, "Seriously. When it was your first time in college, how do you feel?"

He smiled as he stared at the sky, "i felt very very excited, you know why?" he asked with excitement in his voice.

"Why?" i replied giving him a questioning look.

"Yah! you're my best friend so you should know that I am excited because my first love was with me for four classes, you forgot?" he scolded, dissapointment evident on his face as he slightly pushed me.

I faked a smile. There! He said the only thing i don't wanna hear. Am i that stupid? I just had to ask that question even though i knew that it'll break my heart...

"I wanna go home." i announced, looking back to the boy beside me.

"its too early to go back, my  parents aren't home and i don't have anything to do there so let's just stay here for a minute or two. I want to spend more time with my bestfriend." He said and did aegyo.

i stared at him with a tired face."i wanna rest early so if it is okay with you, I'm gonna head back." i said, standing up.

"Enjoy your time here." i gave him a smile that says I am okay and waved to him, i started walking on my way home.

When i opened the door to our house, Mom asked me if I was hungry.

"I'm okay mom." i smiled at her. "I will just take a nap."

I rushed up the stairs, heading straight to my room as i grab a clean white towel.

Hopping on the bath tub, i open the shower, cold water trailing down my bare body as i enjoy a relaxing bath.

I plopped on my bed, staring up on the white ceiling as i thought about the endless possibilities on my first day as a college student.

I hope someone will be my friend besides Jung.

I woke up to the sound of my Mom calling me for dinner.

I fixed myself then went down to the dining area. I sat on one of the empty chairs.

"Why aren't we eating yet?" i asked.

"We're still waiting for Jungkook because he'll be joining us for dinner."

After that,the doorbell rang
then my mother asked Hoseok oppa to kindly open the gate.

Our family welcomed him with a warm smile, offering him a seat. I was hoping for him to sit down beside me and fortunately.. he d

We started eating, having small talks here and there as dad constantly threw some of his best dad jokes.

When we finished, i helped my Mom clean the table as she washed the dishes while the boys played video games on our PS4.

After cleaning, a sat on a single couch as tue boys started yelling for the controller.

"YAH! I'M YOUR HYUNG, SO RESPECT ME! IT'S MY TURN SO HAND ME THE CONTROLLER!" hoseok oppa screamed, scolding jungkook. aish, hoseok oppa is very childish.

I grabbed my phone along my earphones as i closed my eyes, listening to my favorite playlist. I didn't even realize that i drifted off to sleep.
