You awaken peacefully, trying not to disturb Penny, but then realize: she's trying not to disturb you. You giggle at the same time. You turn your phone on and check the time; 6:46 AM. Happy Saturday to you two. You get up and Penny grabs your wrist "Hmmmm?" You respond sleepily. "You're so warm. Come backkkkkk." She says, slurring her words like she's drunk, but she's just very tired. You snuggle back under the blanket with her and she wraps her arms around you. You feel your muscles tighten from her ice cold skin. "Damn. How the hell are you so cold?" You ask while pulling the her closer. She shrugs and she looks up at you as you look down at her and suddenly....
You pull your lips off of hers. She looks at you with soft, tired eyes. You pull her in for another kiss. It turns into a full make out session. You pull away quickly. "Wha-why? Why'd you kiss me?" You ask, looking hurt. "Well I-I-I thought t-t-t-that y-y-you w-wanted to a-and you're just the best person I've met in a long time...." She replies with a shaky voice. You peck her on the forehead and say,
"Ditto."

You check the time and it's ten am. You get up and tell Penny that you'll be right back. You change into black skinny jeans, a grey hoodie and greenish blackish converse. You grab a skirt, and a plain white shirt from your cosplay closet and come back downstairs. "Here!" You chirp. She grabs the clothes gently and you walk her to the bathroom. You wait outside so that she doesn't get lost. She comes out and looks amazing. She put her hair into a loose fishtail braid and it drapes over her shoulder. "I grabbed you those clothes so I could show you a special place." You tell her. You run to your parents room where your mom is curling her hair and your dad is shaving. "Penny and I will be back soon!" You tell to them while grabbing the car keys from he small dish by your mothers side of the bed. You greet Penny at the front door and head to the car.
After about 15 minutes of driving, you pull up to a small forest with a pathway. You grab Penny's hand and start running. She's flustered and can only keep up since you are holding her hand. You eventually make it to a creek. She bends over, hands on her knees, huffing and puffing. "I *huff* should really *puff* exercise." She says. You are only half as worn out as her. You gingerly take her hand and walk her to the creek entrance. You sit on some strategically placed rocks. They sit far away enough so you don't get splashed, yet close enough where you can see the minnows. "This is my favorite place in the world. I come here to think and just relax." You day in a calm voice which is almost cut off by a shaky, nervous Penny. "C-c-can I tell you something?" She looks worried and you put your hand on her knee. "You can tell me anything. I won't judge." You rub your thumb in circles. She takes a deep breath. "I'm transgender. You hate me don't you. I knew I couldn't trust you. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner I just-" you kiss her quick, and say, "It's okay. I am too." You smile and she smiles so wide that you think her face might shatter. You hold her hand and start walking back towards your car.
You get into your car when suddenly two boys that look roughly your age jump into your car and scream, "Drive! Don't ask questions! Just drive!" You turn the car on and start driving away. One of the boys is wearing jean shorts, and a blue crop top that says, "On Stand Bi". The other is wearing khaki shorts, and his shirt says, "Rated PG: Pretty Gay". The shirt is black with red lettering.
