Chapter 10: Protecting Them?

Mia's POV

I was walking down the halls when a sudden figure passed by me, running fastly

I turned to that direction and saw Jungkook running

I was curioused so i followed him

I kept following his fast tracks when o suddenly realized that we has going to go to the top floor which was the rooftop

He opened the door and hurried to the rooftop's base

I sneaked near the boxes behind

My eyes got wide when i saw him trying to reach a student's hand but...

He fell down the rooftop, i clasped my hands against my mouth stopping my gasp to leave my mouth

Jungkook suddenly knelt down on the floor covering his face and groaning loudly

"Mia?Mia?" I snapped out of my thoughts when my sibling called me harshly shooking my tensed body

"Oh ahh S-Sorry" i said before taking Scarlet's glasses and played with the frame

"So what DID you see?" Namjoon-oppa asked making the 'did' word much loud

"Futuristic events" I said honestly and Namjoon-oppa's doe shaped eyes widened more

"That means...he can..."

I tilt my head to the side

"See the future?!"

It was now Scarlet's turn to make her voice higher this time

"Scar, shut up someone might hear you"
Oppa warned and Scarlet immediately shut her mouth

"This is all getting off hand...their abilities are showing" Namjoon said and Scarlet ruffled her bangs making it go to all different directions

I sighed in frustration

"We cant let them get taken by Lucille...our wicked mother"

Namjoon-oppa said as he huffed in anger, his teeth gritted and fist balled

I sighed before pumping my fist in the air

"I'll watch over Seokjin" she said

Namjoon and Scarlet turned to me with these knowing looks as if they are mocking me

I suddenly realised what i have just said so i immediately thought of an alibi

"Cause you know he is clumsy and doesnt know about his ability he might you know,fall over the rooftop hehe" i let out a nervous laugh

Namjoon-oppa smirked at me followed by his chuckle, dimples showing

"So obvious sis" he exclaimed followed by Scarlets mocking words

"So,so,so~obvious" she sang out

I dont know why but i could feel my face burning up

"Dont tell me your into Hyung" Oppa joked and i instantly defended myself

"I-Im n-not!" i provoked

Scarlet rolled her eyes "Yeah,right"

I folded my arms at her "Speaks the one who doesnt admire KIM.TAE.HYUNG" i said

She suddenly stayed still at my words, how bipolar

I got proud of myself seeing her cheeks tinted in a shade of pink
