01|'Is anyone not ready?'

𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙚 16𝙩𝙝, 2018

It was my first day of summer holiday, but I never felt so alone. Alicia, my best friend, didn't answer my calls and neither the rest of my friends. My suitcase was near my bed and I don't know why I made it because I'm not going anywhere. Suddenly I hear someone knocking at my door and I open it.

'Are you ready to run away from home?'

Alicia was sitting in front of me, looking at me like I need to hurry to leave with her.

'Come on! It's the summer holiday before the college, you won't just spend it staying at home. Let's go, the others are waiting'

I looked at her and then at my suitcase. She was right.

'Ok. Let me take my suitcase and let me tell my mother'

'That's the best part. We don't tell anyone'

I looked again at her but this time I looked surprised. She grabbed my suitcase and we both run down. When I got out of the house I saw Aiden's camper van parked outside. I locked the house door and then I get in the car. The I heard Alicia asking:

'Is anyone not ready?'
