All the questions were filling Jimin's mind. He felt like a fool. His heart ached. All this time... he had been lied? He was too hopeful, thinking that they would finally build a family together and his hope shattered just like that.

Hanahaki disease is deadly. The only ways to overcome it is if the one you love loves you back or by surgery but he will lost all his memories of Rahyun.

A few more days till he get home, he will find out the truth. He couldn't accept this. Rahyun's a good woman, right?

He pulled out his phone and decided to text Rahyun to at least try to confirm.

He waited for Rahyun's reply, but nothing happened. He started to doubt everything. Maybe his bad dream will come true. Rahyun will leave him for another man.

It was finally the day. Jimin was coming back to his hometown. He really hoped that Rahyun will greet him with a big hug, as she had promised in the past.

But when he went to his apartment, only darkness greeted him. The smile that was on his face just a minute ago disappeared. His heart felt hurt, thorns were starting to grow in his heart. He endured the pain although it was impossible and tried to ignore the fact that Rahyun forget about him.

Maybe Rahyun was tired or her phone ran out of battery, that was what Jimin thought. He lied down on his bed. Memories came flooding his mind, where Rahyun and him used to always cuddle with each other on the bed at night. A lone tear crept out of his eye. The thorns in his heart hurt him even more, it only reminded him of the cruel reality.
