I got a call from my mom on the way there she was wishing me luck even though this isn't my first audition she does this every time which i think is sweet. I was kinda nervous to be honest but i always do fine and the producers usually like me as soon as I'm done with the audition.
Time skip to the audition:
I walked in and waited for my name to be called when i got a text from a crossed the room from Christian Navarro on instagram.
Christian: hey Me: hey Christian: who are you auditioning for? Me: Abbie Monta hbu Christian: Tony Padilla Me: break a leg Christian: knowing me ill probably trip walking in there lmao Me: that's more likely to happen to me more than you tbh
Is Abbie Young here for her audition? Me: yes I'm coming Christian: good luck Me: thanks
Time skip to after the audition
Producer: you did amazing Abbie your the best one I've seen yet I think you will do a great job Director: we don't think we need to see anyone else for the part of Abbie so do you think you could be Tony Padilla's girlfriend? Me: of course its such an honor thank you Producer: we will be seeing you Monday then Me: Monday it is then
I walked out of the auditioning room and christian said he wanted to get coffee after he was done so i waited for him in my car. He texted me 30 minutes later saying he got the part. I think he's really nice I've never really met him other then today. He said he would need a ride home later tonight since he didn't know how to drive yet and was getting class before shooting the show. I hadn't gotten much sleep last night so i guess i started falling asleep in the car and got woken up when christian got in my car.
Christian: not much sleep? Me: is it that noticeable? Christian: do u just wanna order pizza at your place? Me: ya that sounds good I'm hungry anyway.
And that was a start to a beautiful friendship over pizza at my place
