Today is my first day at my new school, so far it seems decent. People stare, probably because i'm new. Hopefully I will make some friends through the day.
I have to take a dumb placement test because i'm new and apparently none of my academic records transfered. This test is really easy,almost too easy.
Later at lunch:
I don't see Cole, and there is no where to sit in the cafeteria. I cant go sit outside because its raining. I guess I am going to sit in the hallway.
bus ride home:
I sat in the front of the bus so I wont bother anyone. I still can't find cole. I wish I had a phone so I could contact him when I need to, like now.
I'm home, Cole is still no where to be found. looks like I actually have to talk to dad now.
" Hey babygirl how was your first day at school?" umm it was okay. " Where's Cole"? I dont know. "What do you mean you don't know!" I haven't seem his since he took me to school this morning, and I dont have a phone to contact him and ask if he is okay, if I did I wouldn't be standing here in this nasty house talking to you. "You know good and damn well you dont talk to me like that Ivry, I don't care, you are grounded young lady!" GROUNDED? Grounded from what my own life? that would be great I would be a lot happier with having a life with a mom, and a dad who was sober and cared about others instead of himself! "GO TO YOUR ROOM. NOW!"
