Is This Real?

Dear Diary

Dear diary,
It's been a while and my therapist thinks this is the best way to deal with what happened. Six months ago Kai found me again, while I was with Daniel and Jonah at Universal Studios. His Instagram post was just a threat to try and get me away from them and I let him do it. I told them there was something wrong and I left. I flew home to New York and I've been here since.
I still talk to Sage everyday and she tells me what is going on with the guys! God I miss them...
Sage ended up with Zach, Jack didn't work out, I don't know why. But she says she is happy so I am happy. I don't think the guys remember me though. I went to their show out here in New York and obviously got VIP and none of them had the reaction Sage said they would have. She said they would be SOOOOO happy to see me again but they were just like hey hi how ya doin like every other fan..
Guess I expected that. I'm the freak girl that ran from them six months ago with no explanation other than "Kai will make me look worse than I do" but I watched them from right in front of the barricade. Their opener was amazing. I had never met Eben but his music was amazing; he needs to control those dance moves though. He's going to break hearts like that. More than anything though, I miss Daniel and Jonah. With my whole heart. Despite only knowing them for like a week I really like them and not being with them is killing me!
I don't even know if Kai has done any damage since I left, Sage and Brenden say that he got arrested for breaking and entering at the why don't we house but I don't know if it stuck.
You know what! I am going to go back! I'm going to surprise Sage and fly out and see her!! Maybe also see the guys...

*2 hours later at the airport*

         "I love you mom! I'll be back soon, promise! If anything changes I'll call you!" I said hugging my mom before going through security.  As I walk through the airport I am texting Zach trying to get this surprise to work, only he knows I'm coming and I want it to stay that way.

Zach- are you on your flight yet?

Yea I am. Just waiting for take off
You know the plan right??
You send Eben out for "coffee"
and he comes and picks me up?

Yea I know. Then when Eben comes back I go out to help him with all the drinks but I'm really getting your bags and everything right?

Exactly!! Taking off right now! I'll text you when I touchdown! See ya soon!

*6 hours later*

ZACH I JUSY TOUCHED DOWN!! I can't wait to see you all!

That's fantastic!! I missed you! I am gonna come with Eben. Sage is getting her nails done, I sent her out earlier as a treat.

Alright! I can't wait!! See you in a bit♥️♥️♥️

*20 minutes later*
??- hey meet us at the parking structure, we have driven around this place like four times and can't get in.

Alright, who is this?

It's Eben! Zach fell asleep so I stole your number out of his phone.

Oh okay! Hi.👋🏻 I'll be over in a minute

After struggling for 5 minutes to get all my bags together, I find the parking structure!
"Hey Eben! Can I wake Zach up??" Eben shrugged and I pulled out my phone and blasted Deep Throat in his ear. Effectively waking him up, or more like scaring him up. He gets out and hugs me really tightly
"I missed you so much!! You better not leave us again!" He said as he released the hug
"Didn't seem like that when I saw you guys in New York..." I said looking to the ground. He saw me do this but didn't say anything. I said hi to Eben and went to put my things in the trunk but Eben yelled at me to just get in the car.
"Nikki I was so excited when I saw you in New York, at the meet and greet it took me too long to realize it was you" he said sliding into the seat next to me. "I saw you watching Daniel the whole show; I'm surprised he didn't see you to be honest" he laughed but went back to being serious "I was going to find you after the show but I didn't have your number and Sage was at a party. I knew you were there. We all did." He picked my head up to look me in the eyes as he said that. He hugged me and buckled up just as Eben got back in the car to take us to the guys' house.
I was so excited to see Sage again! She is what I missed most out of all of this!! And in 20 minutes I will see her again, and I couldn't be happier
