Chapter Eight- A New Life

November 2021:
Christian and Alexus crashed down into a river and then was taken to land eventually where there was lots of trees and a forest.
Christian woke up and spit out water and looked around.

Christian- Alexus?! Alexus!!

Christian got up and started walking around then he found her near the river leading somewhere.

Christian- Alexus wake up.... Alexus?

Christian pushed down on her chest then she coughed out water and continued coughing.

Alexus- What the hell... we fell a long way... luckily In water

Christian- we lost all our things so it's just us and wet clothes

Alexus- Well his defiantly isn't the city

Alexus got up and looked around and she was shaking

Alexus- The water it was so cold... and how was it snowing?

Christian- Were in the apocalypse now nothing really makes sense anymore

Alexus looked around

Alexus- Trees... and Rivers... were like in a Forrest

Christian- We just have to find a way out of the Forrest and find the city... I need to find my friends

Alexus- I did say I was gonna take you to them... and I still will otherwise I would have left you by now

Christian looked around

Christian- we could start walking see where this rivers leads

They both started walking down following the river
...
Connor and Jesse continued to follow max done the rail road then there was a very dark tunnel.

Connor- we probably won't be able to see through without a light

Jesse put his bag down and pulled out two flashlights. He handed one to Connor.

Connor- Thanks... what are the odds that we're gonna run into demons down here

Jesse also pulled out his pistol

Jesse- Then stay behind me

Connor remembered he had a shotgun so he put that behind him and they walked in with max.

Connor- I really don't like this one bit

Jesse- I agree it's scary... lots of noises and echos...

They continued walking following the rail road in the dark then max started to bark at something that was coming.
Jesse and Connor held out their guns and looked ahead.

Jesse- Max don't go too far

Connor loaded his shotgun and Jesse stood still aiming. Max went too far in the dark so they couldn't see him.

Jesse- Max?!

Max was thrown back dead and ripped open

Jesse- MAX!!!!

Somebody walked in holding his gun up and his eyes started to glow in the dark.

Tristin- Somebody call for his doggo...

Tristin snapped his fingers and then some demons came in crowding them and ready to kill them.

Connor- Oh fuck!!

Connor fired his gun and Jesse started kicking them off shooting.

Jesse- Who was that guy?!!?!

Connor- I really don't know but he didn't look normal
