Flirtation Station

It was nearly the end of the day, the only lesson left was music. Loca, Gabe and Globbo were all extremely talented at music. They were going to be put into pairs to do a duet. Their teacher Mrs Granny Granola wasn't letting them pick their pairs, she was putting them into them. Glob hoped he might be with John or Jacky or Tom or maybe someone like Pingu or even Gabe. Mrs Granny Granola started reading out the list. "Jacky and Gabe, Pingu and Pusheen B, Gabe and Pusheenica, Globglogabgalab and Loca..."

Glob was shocked. Had Mrs Granny Granola really just said Glob and LOCA!?!? He looked over at Loca and she looked at him and smiled. Oh what a sweet smile she had. Glob could feel himself blushing and had to look away. Mrs Granny Granola instructed each of the pairs to go into one of the school's many practice rooms. On the way out Glob's friends came up to him. "Yessss boiiii!" said Jacky.

"Good job!!!" said John.

"This is your chance!" said Tom nudging him.

Glob smiled. He could feel butterflies in his tummy. He was excited about getting to work with Loca but nervous that he might blow the chance. Loca bounded up to him. "Are you ready to go?" she said cheerily.

Oh my, Globbo could feel himself melting away internally from the sound of Loca's sweet voice. He felt himself blushing again and had to look at the floor. "Sure!" said Globbo trying to be confident. They walked down to the practice room walked in and shut the door. "So what song do you want to do?" asked Glob nervously.

"I don't mind," said Loca. Globbo and Loca went through their options and they managed to narrow it down to Glob's Not Hot and Glob's Plan. In the end they went with Glob's Plan. "You know the song best Glob, you try singing it," said Loca. Glob took a deep breath in. This was his moment. To impress the girl of his dreams with his beautiful singing voice.

"Glob. Glob. Glob. Glob. Gab. Gab. I'm the Globglo. Glob. Glob. Glob. Glob. Gab. Gab..." Glob found himself lost in the music, totally grooving along to his jam. Loca joined in too and soon they were jamming along to Glob's Plan. "Omg that was so amazing boo," exclaimed Loca when they were finished. Glob was in shock. Had Loca just called him boo? He almost passed out. "Are you ok?" asked Loca.

"Oh yeah I'm fine aha. Oh my glob that was fab though," said Globbo hurriedly.

"Oh my glob? Haha cool I'm going to use that from now on!" said Loca. Oh my glob, Glob had inspired Loca. He thought he was going to pass out again.

"Are you sure you're ok? You look like you're about to faint," said Loca worriedly.

"Oh I'm fine hun," said Globbo.

"Well, if you're sure. Anyway let's sit down and work out what we're going to do with this song. It sounded amazing but it could do with some tweaking," said Loca. She sat down on the floor at the side of the room. Glob was still feeling a bit wobbly. As he lowered himself to the floor he stumbled and fell so his head was lying on Loca's legs.

"Oh my glob! I'm so sorry," said Globbo trying to sit up.

"It's ok," Loca helped him up, "You're so funny Glob."

"Is that a compliment or an insult?" asked Glob.

"Compliment. You're so funny and cute and sweet. You're so likeable. We should talk more," said Loca. Glob felt so flattered. He looked down at Loca's shining eyes peering up at him.

"T-thank you so much. You're so nice Loca," said Glob. He felt so emotional. He was so happy.

They found themselves talking and soon they were starting to flirt a bit. Glob was so happy. They'd planned out most of the song and it sounded absolutely amazing and know the girl of his dreams was flirting with him. "Haha moist," laughed Globglogabgalab. Suddenly their faces were getting closer. Loca looked up at him. Glob looked back at her. This was their moment. Their lips neared each other almost touching until suddenly the door opened and Glob jumped so much he flew back across to the other side of the room and got stranded on his back.

"Oh sorry," said the familiar voice of Gabe, "Oh I didn't mean to scare you Glob! But we need to go back now it's almost the end of the day!"

Loca and Gabe had to help Glob back up. As he globbed his way back down to the classroom he couldn't decide how he felt. He was angry that Gabe had ruined their moment, but so happy that his crush had taken a fancy to him.

That evening he hopped upon the bus feeling very happy. Loca wasn't on the bus that evening so they couldn't finish any unfinished business but there was always tomorrow.
