The carnival was over and I saw Noah talking to another girl. Classic Noah. I turn away and run home.

I was just out of the park when Noah came over to me.

"How about a ride?" he asked.

I just stare at him.

"Come on Berry. You know my mom will kill me if I left you out here." He said. I'm nod and get on.

Suddenly it started raining really hard.

"Is getting too dangerous! I'm pulling over!" He said. We ran into a building at the park. Noah took off his jacket and wrapped it around me.

All I could think about was that kiss. But no one isn't I could see that for a fact. But I don't really care. All I really wanted to do was kiss him again.


"You know if we wait out this rain..." Before he could finish the sentence I grabbed his face and kissed him. He pulls away me. I turn around and run outside but before I could he pulled me back and kisses me back.

This time I was the one to pull away.

"Wait, no I can't just be one of your conquests.! I said.

"Is that what you really think of me?" He asked.

"It's what everyone thinks of you." I said he walks away from me but turns to face me again.

"You want to know the truth? You're the only girl who doesn't fall at my feet and it's driving me crazy. It's one of the things that I like about you you're sweet, but you're not afraid to call me out on things." He said.

"And here I was thinking I was just your annoying best friend." I said.

"Well there's that too. But I've always loved having you around growing up. Without you, I don't know where I would be." He said.

Come here, jackass and kiss me." I said with a laugh.

"Try and stop me, doofus." He said as I laughed and pulled him towards me.

We kiss but he pulls away too quickly.

"Did I clear anything up?" He asked.

"No, I think we're going to have to try again." I said as I pulled him back to my lips.
