Whisk 3 3\4 cups of flour and 1 1\2 teaspoons of salt. Make a well and add 1 1\3 cups of water, 1 tablespoon sugar, and one yeast packet. When foamy, mix in 3 tablespoons of olive oil; knead until smooth, 5 min. Brush with olive oil, cover in a bowl, let rise until doubled (about an hour and 30 min.) Divide into 2 one-pound balls.
Use one pound per recipe.
