Due to a recent twitter post by the BTS Maknae, Mun BoraGi, wishing one of JYP's youngest trainees, Ren Shu-Yang, a happy 11th Birthday; I felt like it was important to make a post for new Armys who aren't aware of the cute duo that is Shu-Gi.

Disclaimer: Shu-Gi isn't a ship that needs to be sexualized. As Ren shu-Yang is eleven years old and if you see this cute friendship as anything else than the fact that they are absolutely the definition of sibling goals I will personally come to your house and peaceful explain why it is wrong to sexualize children. Thank you. Goodbye.

Let's start:

No one is entirely sure how the two met as Bora has never addressed the question

No one is entirely sure how the two met as Bora has never addressed the question. She avoids the question like the plague, but long story short: Shu-Yang is the maknae of JYP's first Chinese boy group  called 'BoyStory' set to debut in September 2018 and BoraGi has the softest spot for the boy.

Pictures of the two started becoming more public after Bora posted this particular photo of her with Shu-Yang captioned "Couldn't have asked for a better date ♥️ Shu-ssi, hwaiting! " when he was only eight years old in 2015 and the two have basically stuck to each other like glue.

The two are often seen on cute little "Dates" as Bora likes to call them, where she takes him out on fun little trips in order to make sure that he isn't stressing over being a trainee at such a young age. She is very passionate about him containing his childhood and not wasting it away working too hard.

"Shu-ssi-ah is like my little brother." She said in an interview where she was asked about her relationship with the younger boy. "My family always consisted of girls, one of which is my younger sister Haeun, who I don't get to see often. After meeting Shu-yang we just kind of clicked well and now he is like the little brother I always wanted. He works really hard and I know how hard it is to be a trainee at a young age, so when I have some free time I like to take him out on cute little dates to get ice cream or to an arcade so he doesn't have to feel too pressured."
