A story where a teenage girl (17) is stalked and then raped by her mom's boyfriend and has to tell her after she found out that they were to be married, but can't find the courage and when she does she can't deal with the outcome.

I picture the mom being distant and 'busy' so she doesn't ever really listen to her daughter but they have a good relationship and I kinda picture the its going from light stalking turning heavy stalking turning obsession and then the rape. I kinda want this book to raise so eyes and show that sometimes the victim of stalking and rape speaks up but isn't listened to.
