•Liana•

"I have a chemistry read already?!" I asked my manager skeptically, who was currently sitting across from me at a mini-celebration for my somewhat success. Also known as lunch at Chili's.

"Yes. The casting director loved you. She said you had a special sort of aura about you that seemed to fit the character perfectly." She told me as the waitress set down our orders. "The read is later today." She told me.

"What?! I just did the audition earlier today!"

"Yes, and between then and now, Wendy called me and told me to have you ready by 6 pm."

"Ok, what time is it now?"

"3:30. After lunch, I want you to go home and watch atleast one episode of Teen Wolf." She said, munching on her salad.

---

After lunch, I drove home and watched the first episode of Teen Wolf. After the first half, I fell in love with the show. After that I went downstairs and saw that it was almost 6:00. I hopped in my car and drove seamlessly to the building I was at earlier. I went upstairs after finding the new room number from the receptionist. I saw my manager inside the door, and decided to go inside. When I opened the door, both of them looked up at me.

"Hi Liana! Glad to have you back. Are you ready?" Wendy asked.

"Yes, I'm glad to be back. And I do think I'm ready!" I said excitedly.

"Ok, here's your partner, Ian." She said, gesturing to her left, where the guy from earlier was sitting, using his phone.

When he heard his name, his head popped up, and he smiled up at me, putting his phone away.

Now was the first time I got a good look at his face. He had amazing golden-brown eyes, and a cute smile, almost like a kid on Christmas, but hotter. I smiled back at him.

"Ok! So what I want you to do, is act like a couple that has been apart for months. Go!" Wendy said, clapping her hands.

"We don't have a script?" I asked.

"Nope. Most actors can act when they have words to prepare themselves with. The best actors can act just on a prompt. Good luck."

"A-And what about kissing?" He asked nervously.

"If you think it'll work, then go for it." Wendy said.

Normally, I would've been a bit skeptical of kissing someone I had just met, or even had a conversation with, but Ian was fairly attractive.

"So should we start?" I asked.

"Yes!" Wendy said, clapping her hands.

When she clapped, I fell into actress mode. I closed my eyes for a second, and when I opened them, I was a girl excited to see her boyfriend who has been away for months.

I saw Ian smiling at me, before he rushed over to my side of the room, and pulling me into a hug.

"Hey gorgeous." He said, pulling away from the hug and pressing his forehead to mine.

"Hey handsome." I replied back with a wink.

"How were things while I was gone?" He asked.

"Pretty good. I took Max to the groomer and had the interview at the local newspaper company." I told him.

"You did! How'd it go?" He asked eagerly.

"Pretty well. I'd say my chances are good." I told him with a shrug, before separating our foreheads and intertwining our fingers, resting my head on his shoulder.

"I missed you so much." He whispered into my ear, laying his head on mine.

"I missed you more." I whispered back. "But you're here now."

"True, but not for long..." He trailed off nervously.

"What do you mean?" I asked eagerly, lifting my head and looking into his eyes nervously.

"I mean they need me back again in 3 weeks." He said sadly.

"It's not fair." I whispered brokenly, looking down at the floor.

"I know, but like you said, I'm here now. So let's not waste our time." He said, lifting my chin with his fingers and placing his lips gently onto mine.

At first I didn't know how to respond, but I fell quickly into rhythm with his movements, placing my hand on the back of his neck, standing on my tiptoes to get closer to him.

After a few more seconds, I pulled away. When I did, he seemed confused, but the look was soon replaced with a heartwarming smile, and he rested his forehead on mine again.

"I love you." He said breathlessly.

"I love you too." I replied.

"....And scene." Wendy said, causing me to jump. "That was incredible! I think that's all I need to see."

"I agree, that was wonderful." A new voice said, causing me to jump again.

I turned to see Jeff Davis smiling at me.

"Hi.." I said shyly.

"Well hello. And you are?..."

"Liana Welles. Glad to meet you." I said, shaking his hand.

"And you as well. I'm not going to wait to tell you this. You're perfect." He told me.

"I am?" I asked, shocked.

"You are." He said with a slight laugh. "When is a good time for you to start?"

"Start what?" I asked.

"Filming."

"Oh! Yeah, um... Next week..?" I asked unsure.

"That's fine. We film close to here, so that's perfect. See you next week. I'll contact your manager and give her the address."

"Thank you so much! I'll see you then." I said happily.

-----

We sorted out all the details for the next half hour, and afterwards, I headed downstairs, only to knock into someone. I fell backwards, but before I hit the ground, I felt someone catch me. I looked up to see Ian smiling down at me.

"Long time no see, huh?" He laughed, pulling me up.

"Yeah. Sorry." I said shyly, rubbing my forearm awkwardly.

"No problem. And I totally agree with Jeff, you're perfect."

"Aw, thank you." I said, my blush deepening.

"Well, I hate to go, but I'm late for something. I'll see you next week Liana! He said, waving goodbye.

"Bye Ian!" I called after him as he jogged to the door.

He turned back and waved again, only to turn and walk into the door. He jumped back, but then readjusted himself and turned back to me, blushing. He waved again and walked out the door.

I stood awestruck for a moment before I headed out to my car.

I got into my car when it hit me.

I'm going to be on Teen Wolf.
