sorry I couldn't be there for you but just know that I will always be in your heart, I love you y

and I always have we've always been best friends since first grade, I was going to ask you on a date but I decided to do the right thing." You smile at the part he said that he loved you. But you were also confused. The nurse from earlier, came walking by and you stoped her and said "what happened to the guy I was with earlier?" The nurse just stood there and said " they didn't tell you?I'm sorry but he was the donor".
